i'm 19 and i have scoliosis. i've been watching your videos since i was 13 or 14 now because i struggle a lot with back, neck and shoulder pain. sometimes i lose motivation and find it hard to be consistent because working out also increases my pain in certain areas (bc of the imbalance) but i know that if i do less, it'll be worse for my body in the long run. so whenever i stop for a while and feel like i need to start over completely to slowly build myself back up, your videos are always really helpful!! thank you for continuing to post these for free and thank you for being so reassuring and thoughtful in the way you explain things. your channel means more than you could ever know.

I appreciate your reminders to simply breathe and not worrying about inhaling and exhaling at the correct intervals. I totally get hung up on that sometimes. 😂 Thank you for your encouraging and accessible workouts!

It's the first time I feel like I'm kind of into pilates! I've never found it as smooth and pleasing as it was for me during exercising with you! And also thank you for pointing out tips through exercising. It's so helpful♥️

I am in the process of getting diagnosed with either EDS or HSD and one of the recommendations was Pilates. Your videos have helped me enjoy exercising for the first time in my life and I feel like I’m growing actual strength in my body. ❤
