My mama had stage 4 colon cancer and she did chemo. Doctors told her that her cancer was clear. She was so happy that she would live to see her grand babies graduate from high school. A week later she fell and was taken by ambulance to the hospital. When she came home she was put on hospice and lived for 2 weeks before she passed away. That being said I really admire Jessie Lee Ward’s approach to doing things her way. My mama was always sick from the chemo and unfortunately the end result was the same 😢

Yeah she was obviously lying to herself because she believed in the power of positive thinking, which is rampant in the MLM and self help industries, and it's so toxic. You can tell she was in so much pain, it's really really sad. Her organs were failing and she was dying.

As a blood cancer survivor, she was also a peddler of misinformation. And I am sure she had influenced some very gullible people with her misinformation of the last incredible 50 years of cancer research and treatments, and someone would have missed the valuable time period of early detection. I would not be here if it wasn't for the tremendous scientists with their research.

Early detection is early detection. And it gives one the best chance to fight. It also gives one a choice of either the conventional approach or choose alternative medicine. So many people have chosen the latter and have lived to tell their stories of victory. It just doesn't get given much publicity. But, early detection is the best bet. Jessie Lee, may her soul rest in peace, chose wisely. I still follow and listen to her.

I absolutely agree, and although her death was very tragic, it should come with a lesson. I didn't know her personally, but you're right. Honestly, people exploited her death, including THIS VIDEO. I actually know 3 ppl who went the holistic path for different reasons..1 was given 3 months to live and his treatment was going to be very aggressive..he did the 1st round & decided nope not doing it...he went holistic, told the drs thanks but no thanks..short version he went into remission, lived for 10yrs...he was 77 when he died, 2nd pretty much just couldn't take the way he felt after the treatments, changed his diet, followed some of Dr.Sebi basically incorporated a holistic treatment he divided for himself and yes for pain he used THC, went into remission got stronger incorporated workouts in with everything else he was doing, he's in remission and still is 13yrs and still going, the 3rd is another that was given 6months, he refused to accept it, kinda spiraled for a bit then got a plan, changed his mindset, decided the treatments made him wish he was dead and put him in a depression so he decided to go holistic and he finally got to ring the bell and it's been 5 yrs..so who knows why it works for some & not for others but to down someone for going holistic and say that's why they died is not a factual statement..the outcome coulda been the same even with all the treatments. Everyone chooses their journey and she repeatedly said it was her journey and that she in no way shape or form was recommending, promoting or giving medical advice..she was just sharing her story

She kept saying she had no symptoms even though she had dramatic weight loss, tiredness, and insane bleeding (huge clots multiple times a day!). Her disease could've been detected mich earlier than it was. At some point, 'positive thinking' becomes delusion and it can really harm you. Once she was diagnosed stage 4 she had no chance of survival. Didn't matter what she did, really. And I'll give her credit for respecting other people's choice and not saying her way was the right way for everyone. However she did give a lot of her money and time to all these grifters who fully took advantage of her. And that includes Ed Mylett, Dr De the biohacker and who knows how many others.
