I listen to this song at least once a day. This is probably her best song. Those powerhouse vocals just make me feel something I've never felt with any other artist. When listening to Alive from start to finish it was obvious to me that she has grown up quite a bit and experienced some personal growth and loss, and she clearly expresses that through her song writing and singing. We need to help Jessie's popularity by sharing her songs to everybody we can. In that way we will be helping her on her true purpose in life which I believe is to help people by showing to them to come out of the matrix in the only way she knows she can do it .. through her music. If you don't think that is her purpose, just check all the songs she has in her new album, where she created so many beautiful and powerful songs to empower us. Each one of us have pain in our lives and she shares hers and how she came out of it so we can see ourselves reflected on them. One way or the other the pain is there, similar or not, but it is there and she brilliantly makes you see that there is always a light at the end of the tunnel and everything will be alright. She also wants us to remember that it is ok not to be perfect, that it is ok to make mistakes, and our true value as human beings that we are.
