17:13 this is exactly why I don’t think it was a sadder meal. It would be inconsistent of Christ to have a feast meal commanded in the scriptures to occur on a specific day, at a different day without an explanation. In the Old Testament, when this happened it was accompanied with an explanation, and seeking forgiveness. Since Christ committed no sin, this doesn’t flesh out for me. Also the term for bread is the word for common bread, not the unleavened bread to be eaten at the sadder.

He had the passover meal, this is after sunset of the 14th day. He is taken by priest guards early in the morning, still the 14th. Later, same day, he is crucified and gives up the ghost at the 9th hour. Before the Sabbath, before sunset, he is placed in the tomb. He rest on the Sabbath and God raised him early on the 1st day of the week. So, we have the 14th, 15th (Sabbath) and the 16th resurrection. I suggest you read Matthew Ch 26-27, Mark Ch 14-16, Luke Ch 22-24 and John Ch 18-20 kjv. Understanding the Book of John, the Jews would have stoned Yeshua if it were not for the day of Passover....so, they could not put him to death, this is why they needed the Romans to do the deed. So, the three days are 14th (Friday) 15th (Sabbath) and 16th (first Day of the Week). Peace!

Ok so here's the thing The passover is the 14th day a Wednesday at evening, meaning at it's end, and starting the 15th day What you saw Jesus eat was the unleavened bread which the eating starts the 14th at evening when the lamb is killed then eaten later in the night In the morning of the 15th day, a Thursday, the 5th day of the week starts the 1st sabbath of unleavened bread

@@laidback1.0.1.2 You are missing one thing, scripture. Remember Matthew 26, Mark 14 and Luke 22 kjv. 22 Now the feast of unleavened bread drew nigh, which is called the Passover.

@@tmcge3325 Did they let Jesus go after this John 19:14 And it was the preparation of the passover, and about the sixth hour: and he saith unto the Jews, Behold your King!
