I think you mean 1.29.8 but great work from the feedback and debriefs I heard over the weekend. Also hard to fault Bozzas lap, not much room to improve there. But I wish you'd put a mild diffuser and beam wing on the rear to assist the top wing. 1.27.xx next year!

Help me out with some perspective, what time do the v8 Supercars do on this circuit? Do they race the same track layout?

@steveallen1340 way different type of cars. Light, big power and aero and the big heavy built to last with minimal aero. It's still impressive that the v8s get the times they do

What is the power and weight of this car please? V8 supercars can run a 1:29 in qualifying and the 911 cup cars do 1:28 so I would of thought yours would be a dash quicker than both of those depending on that power and weight?

This is a silvia with stock subframes, not a factory backed top level race car. It needs to make up for suspension and aero and not having slicks.

@@robertashton8533 new gen3 cars did a late 1.29 early 1.30 lap. They've got around 600hp and weigh about 1350kg. I think the old gen2 cars with falcons/mustang/commodores did a late 1.27/1.28 with 650hp and weighed about 1400kg
