Great film. I have this skillet and it’s fantastic. Cleans up amazingly in the dishwasher too. 👍🏼

Thanks for that. It’s a great bit of kit. So impressed with the non-stick. Makes everything so much easier to cook and clean.

Loved this Gav, your videos tell a great story, well crafted and entertaining. I like this cook system, its always useful to have a range of kit that you can choose from. This looks a "high value" and well designed skillet, and Ill watch out for it next time Im on the hunt. And yes, bring on the Spring!

G'day from Australia. I am putting together my camping kit that will include my sleep,water, and cooking system. I am going for jetboil and the skillet as an complete system as it looks like everything is there that i would need. Gerard on board, SV GEMSTAR.

I think that would be a great choice. The Jetboil Minimo is a great stove and the skillet is just excellent. All the best with it. 😎

A very entertaining video. I set out to buy the Mini Mo, now I just need the skillet. Also, why does English meats look very different than American meats? It kinda freaks me out

Hey thanks for watching. You won’t regret getting that skillet. It’s great. I just released a new video last night where I’m cooking up a steak. Have a look at that and see how it compares to the US?

can you switch from the pot to the skillet? or do you have to wait for it to cool down before you switch. I'm wondering about boiling some pasta in the pot and using the skillet to make a sauce
@HikingForHealth1Ай бұрын
Hi Scott, no you can switch from one to the other but you would have to turn the flame/gas off to put the pot support on before the skillet could be used. I’d be careful as parts may be hot. I had to get a replacement pot for my jetboil as I put food/sauces in there and the focused heat underneath caused the food to burn to the centre of the pot even on a low simmer. It was tricky to wash it off and was easy to scratch the inner coating. I ended up getting a new pot directly from Jetboil and now I only use my official Jetboil pot for water now and I have a Toaks pot and the Skillet (which is excellent) for cooking sauces/food etc.
