I'm doing my best not to give up. I remain optimistic-I have three degrees in computer science, archaeology, and sociology. KZbin feels like a second job and a hobby; I love sharing primitive technologies, traditions, and heritage. I'm investing more time into KZbin, reminding myself that any investment requires time to grow and patience. It can be frustrating waking up every day to see no change in my channel, but I believe things will improve. Make sure not to rely 100% on KZbin initially. Think of it as a secondary job you're investing time in until you grow, allowing you to eventually put more time and effort into KZbin, making it your primary interest and job. I'll continue pushing forward and wish the same for all of you, hoping our KZbin dreams come true💪🏻❤️

As a "Overlanding" channel looking at ways to monetize I think it's a bit more difficult. The cost of production is high compared to a studio. Takes a lot to adventure and film it compared to talking to a camera in your basement. But I would be going out there anyway do there is that....

Hey Jeven, we have had a youtube channel about full time RVing for 4 years, and it was mostly for the experience. We now have over 50 K subscribers and are thinking about making it a real business to make a living instead of our original plan of going back to work. I got a lot of ideas for this from this video but we just cant grasp the idea that members would pay to have exclusive access to us, #imposter syndrome. We have a ton of good advice to share with someone considering selling everything they own and living in an rv and traveling all over the USA and canada, I think i would have joined a group like this and pay, 5 years ago while we were planning our adventure. Thanks for the ideas in the video, love your content. Larry

hey men, i quit my job and start my new channel to follow my dream because of you
@quentinskitchen10 ай бұрын
Quitting your job to become a KZbinr in 2023 is a pretty risky and dangerous move in my opinion. YT is just too random. You can post a video and it may get 5 views, 100, or 1 billion. There's no guarantee and no consistency. When I look at the analytics of my videos, it makes absolutely no sense at all - trends in one video contradict trends in another video. So on the one hand YT requires you to produce HQ content on a regular basis, and rewards you with random revenue. In a world where most monthly bills are unavoidable and always keep on rising, committing to work full time and get 0 bucks in return is a financial suicide. On the additional ways to earn revenue through affiliation, sponsors etc ... yes that is true but you can only generate revenue from this if you have got millions of subscribers, otherwise there's absolutely no way you can earn money from it. I mean, who's gonna buy yet another mug, t shirt or sticker from a YT influencer? Nowadays people are struggling to meet both ends and skip meals. I appreciate the advices, but they only apply if you've managed to reach a million subscribers, and only 0.000000000000001% of content creators reach that milestone...

I love learning about film and being able to capture my adventures for people to watch.There may come a day when i cant remember, so its nice to have. With that said, 2024 will be my 5th season and now have a catalog of videos for people to come watch. Over the last 4 seasons I ve worked on filming and getting comfortable in front of.the camera. Season 5 i plan on being a bit more agressive and starting to promote my channel across ither social media platforms. I think the key thing for success on KZbin is passion for what you do and a boat load of patience. One final thought....even if no one watched my videos ( and a lot of people dont) i would still be making vidoes and capturing memeories.

My experience as youtuber is you need to invest all your personal time and to be creating contests, at least, one video for week in order to create and increase your audience. That audience will be waiting for every video that you upload. If you're not consistent uploading video, your audience will display to another channel. The audience is like deers 🦌, if you feed them, they keep close to you. At this moment, I don't have the time to dedicate full time to my audience even I create very interesting content.
@jornadainedita11 ай бұрын
The key word in my statement is "addiction." When you upload constantly contest in your channel, your audience will be addicted to your videos. It is proved scientifically.

I must express my appreciation for your content; it truly resonates with me. However, there's a minor issue I'd like to bring up. Your video editing has a rapid pace, your speech speed is quite fast, and you include a wealth of information, leaving little opportunity for the viewer to pause and ponder the material being presented. This relentless stream of information sometimes overwhelms me. Could you consider adding a few more pauses in your videos? It might be a personal challenge since English is not my first language, but it could be beneficial for overall comprehension. Please continue the excellent work!
@JevenDovey10 ай бұрын
I suggest pausing the video and rewatching sections. Even try watching at 3/4 speed if i talk too fast.
@VioletEmerald10 ай бұрын
@JevenDovey these are great suggestions to the viewer but I do think they might have a point too. Slightly longer pauses at the end of Step 1 (for instance) before diving into Step 2 even if it's just half a second might help us have some time to let it sink in.

Similar to another commentor...to make a channel even have a hope in gaining an audience you need to dedicate every single minute if everyday to growing it, making content, hitting all the points etc...but for someone who has to work a full-time job to make money to pay the mortgage, bills etc, there is no way in hell enough time to dedicate to all of that. I can't stop working to put in that amount of time for the slim chance i might get a few views. Its a deadly circle of 1% success vs 99% failure and KZbin these days is dominated by people that got into it years ago... trying to stand out now is near impossible unfortunately....
