@@ImmigrationStation4U As of yet my spouse's current visa status shows "Ready." His interview was a little over a month ago. The consular officer kept his passport, gave him a 221G and said he would most likely have to return for a second interview. My spouse is on an immigration facebook group made up of foreign nationals from his country. He told me several people have posted they were called back for a second interview on average about one month after their initial interview, so he asked me to wait with the anticipation that he will be called soon. I pray this is the case. I know the most effective way to get a response is to file a writ of mandamus. However, I am working part-time right now and this would make it difficult for me to pay hefty legal fees unless a possible payment plan were possible. This being the case, I feel "stuck" and at the mercy of the consulate. Next month is our third wedding anniversary. It is very sad that we have never been able to celebrate a single anniversary together. Thank you for asking and taking an interest in our situation. Your KZbin videos and Facebook group have been an invaluable source of knowledge and information.

I'm from the Philippines... I had a very strange experience during my CR1 interview last week. The consul told me i need to mail them my cenomar and he will give me a letter where i can get it. So, he gave me back my passport. But i already had those documents on hand. So, i told him..." Oh, i have those now". So, he said.. "Oh, you do?". 😅 So, i handed the docs to him, then he left the room ( i assumed to check the authenticity) then when he came back, i thought he was going to take my passport back, but then he just said, "I need a different tax documents than what your husband sent us". He gave me a 221(g) letter asking for my husband's IRS transcripts. For me it was obvious that the delay was on purpose. We already submitted my husband's Tax returns, 1040 & W2 through CEAC during NVC stage of our application. And the fact that he was gonna give me a 221g letter for the cenomar, initially! 😄

@Mely can you describe the consul that interviewed you? Coz i had the same experience with that male consul. Im applying for immigrant visa.He asked me to submit an additional police clearance for my other name on my old birth certi which had a wrong spelling, but he said since i changed the spelling after 18 years old i need to get another police clearance as alias.. but he added the w2 to be uploaded again on the system coz its not there,but when we checked its already there and uploaded last year. But i was so confused coz during the initial interview they checked all the documents if its complete, but the consul said he cant see it on the system. I think he's just making ways so the visa could be delayed. I submitted the documents after 3 days and i havnt received an email if it was approved. Its been a month already.

Hi Josh. I attended my H1B visa interview on 22nd February, 2024 at US embassy in Accra. The visa officer took my passport and asked me to pay the reciprocity fees. I was given the booklet on "Knowing your rights as a worker in USA ". On the 26th of February 2024, i got a call from the consulate to confirm my degree certificate number. I had my visa interview on /07/2023 at the US embassy in Casablanca. I had made sure prior to the interview that my documents were comforting to the requirement set by the Department of State. I was very puzzled to receive a "refused" response on my application the same day despite my clean criminal background check, successfully passed the medical tests, and had a really good exchange with the gentleman who conducted my interview. Please understand that I am in a very confused and in a difficult emotional state as far as what caused my application to be referred to administrative processing. I don't know why is my case referred to 221g?

Hi your video was very informative so I need help my dad had a interview at Islamabad I uploaded the tax return and all other necessary document online and everything was completed and accepted when he went for the interview the Pakistani translator said he would like to see the tax retrurn which was was already uploaded and accepted but the guy at the interview refused and gave my dad a form221g where he says upload the document again well I did again before it was 2019 but now I just did 2020 but should I be like hopeless ? Hi my mom has had her green card (immigration visa) interview. All the documents are checked and accepted. They asked very basic questions. And then handed over my mom her passport and white 221g. I went for an interview at the US Embassy It was approved and my passport was taken to print the visa on it The delay in obtaining a passport was sent to the embassy. They told me that my passport was included in additional administrative procedures I need my passport because I will travel to another country So I contacted them and mentioned that it is possible to obtain your passport without a United States of America visa, and that I have to return it to them again to look into my affairs because my visa is in administrative procedures and does not have a specific time The inquiry is: Do I retrieve my passport and then return it to them again, or do I wait for the administrative procedures to be completed, and I am afraid that the time will be prolonged

Good morning Sir, my wife went for her interview on the 2nd of December 2020 at US Counsulate in Monrovia, Liberia. After the interview the counselor give my wife a white paper and to her to answer the question on form and her case was put on Administrative Processing. The counselor also to her after interview they didn’t need any further documentation from her but they will call at her at a later date. I went to my interview but got refuse the officer is asking for my husband divorce decree the original copy which I didn't have with me so he ask me to mail it to them but I'm also confused about something I did have with me but the officer didn't look into it rather ask for it as well when my husband failed for me at the time he wasn't making enough income so he's mom was a joint sponsor but things change he's now making enough on he's own and was told he doesn't need a joint sponsor by the immigration attorney, so I went in with has tax return for 2021 and 2022 but the officer is asking for the joint sponsor, I'm very worried because the immigration attorney helping us keep saying he's made enough and didn't need a joint sponsor she has added a new affidavit of support together with the original divorce decree which has been mailed to the embassy today I hope it gets there by Wednesday please can this bring denial I'm very worried because the affidavit he submitted to NVC showed he didn't make enough income but he's now making enough income

And heres my Q.: is it necessary for me to get a police clearance in U.A.E were i worked 6 years ago??? (sept 2013 to april 2015) im now in my country philippines and its waive that if you are no longer present in UAE you cannot acquire the police clearance. I submitted all the required documents on November 16,2021. Since November 22, 2021 the CEAC system has been showing REFUSED status. Case last updated date has changed from November 22,2021 to December 27,2021 but status is still REFUSED.

I went with my son on February 29 to Juarez for visa interview was March 8 it was After the interview he got the blue paper saying that he needed to send original birth Certificate and passport we send it the same day but we send the wrong birth certificate they were asking for long birth certificate after that they send us to fraud After that they send us back to visa and they asked for the same thing so April 16 they received it on April 18 they did and up date but no changes I checked the status and still said refuse how long that's a take to clear out any body knows am very stressed out because I left my son in juarez please don't think I am a bad dad am the only one who works and bills don't stop he suppose to graduate next month from high school

August 23rd, 2021 I had my interview at the embassy in Juarez. The consular officer kept my passport, didn't ask for more documents, and didn't hand out a 221(g) just said something like, is "Half Approved".
