This is so delicious - I recommend making a bunch of these. Freeze them. And then pop them in the microwave / oven / pan for a snack. Like a healthy hot pocket.

Just ask if you have any questions and include timestamps if possible. Her english is decent and there are tons of bilingual English-Mandarin speakers here that can help translate. She provides a lot of verbal cues for problems to avoid, or technique details to highlight.
