May i know how long to proof overnight in the fridge & do you need to let the dough to room temperature before working on it, . Hope to get your reply soon, TQ

About 12~16 hours, you don't need to let the dough to room temperature. When you take it out form the fridge, shape and ferment to good size, then bake it. Wish you success. Thanks and have a good one! 🙏❤️👍
