How many teaspoons is 0.5g, and how many teaspoons is 1.5g. Amounts converted is .10 teaspoon and .30 teaspoon respectively? US does not use metric measurements.

1 tsp = 5 g. so 0.5 = approx. 1/10 tsp etc etc

Those are exactly the conversions I got from google, but the miniscule amount didn’t make sense and no way to accurately measure using a teaspoon. Guess I’ll have to dig out the scale!

@@lynnemok6798 0.5 g is only minimal amount, don't worry, a little bit over and under should be okay.

alternatively, you can double the amount i.e. 1 g baking powder, 3 g baking soda and make two portions
