It is great how throughout this podcast we’ve gotten to meet the actual background of most of our favorites drag racers out there. Keep it up

Great episode. On the nuclear reactor topic, fission is the easier one to harness. That's what power plants use and that's what is used in the micro reactors he talks about. Those small nuclear generators(shipping container size) have been around since at least the 70's. The government is just finally giving approvals for commercial uses.

A buddy used to work for L3, a defense contractor in the electronics division and they were compartmentalized so that everyone did a different circuit board and never knew what the end product was or even if it was land, sea or air related, he said there was a constant stream of military brass personnel at the plant.

It's funny to see how loyal people are to the companies that work with them... We just want to go fast no matter what and we'll buy the parts ourself if there are faster parts out there... and as good as the next gen turbos were nothing has made me as happy as my turbos from Jose at FI ... Those are the turbos that make the most power bar none and give me the best boost curve... I could never go back even if it came with free turbos...it's that big of a difference...

koenigsegg 5.0l is based off of the 4.6l dohc ford racing engine that originally was in all koenigseggs until the agera which had the first 5.0l. The 5.0l has vgt turbos. koenigsegg made those cool electric motors. The new bmw m5 is slower and heavier than a trackhawk.

Ive got to say, I am, no offence, shocked at how well you are at interviewing people... Ive only watched a few videos, But not once have I heard you say, Ummmmm, uhhhhhh, or any other bad speech habits, like using the same word over and over. NGL Im a harsh critic, and was never a big fan, but damn, good on you man, keep up the great work. You'll gain more confidence, think talk show host, as you grow, but be confident now, youre doing well.

My last vehicle cost 8k, I paid cash. All of these EV's are not for the masses and not sustainable.I will NEVER buy an ev! I will only buy an ice vehicle. I feel that the sourcing of materials will never push me to an ev. Until we source the materials responsiblly, I have no interest in them. Make them here with sourced materials from here and I may have an interest. Not until this happens. it is all about corporate GREED.
