I like Jim Carrey's bank check story, where Carrey wrote a $10 million check to himself for Thanksgiving 1995 “for acting services rendered” and carried it around in his wallet everywhere he went for years, until eventually he was able to cash, not that specific check, but a check for $10million for an acting role... it's like he envisioned it and manifested it with a whole lot of faith, talent and hard work... and like he says, the courage and wisdom of walking through the right doors that are presented to you along the way.

Jim Carrey was a great fit for In Living Color. That show was a cross between SNL and the Dave Chappelle Show. Outrageous and laugh-until-you-cry hilarious.

Different era but as a young kid in the Midwest I won a really cool looking realistic old west revolver that was actually a cap gun at an ice cream social they were called at my school. And won a free meal at the local diner Ritches Roost. And my best friend growing up went on Wheel of Fortune. These stories are great and I remember those long handle banana seat bikes those were the sh*t. Thanks for sharing Jim.

My best friend Patrick growing up his mother Cyndi use to babysit jim carry when he was a child in Watertown New York and she said he was always super funny he always made he laugh.

I've seen him talk about this sort of thing for decades, and I only wish it were true for *ALL* people who put in the efforts, hours, work, prayers, discipline, consistency, etc. :) It doesn't work for the 99%, but one thing's for certain... if you do NOT put in the work, yer deeefffiiinitely guaranteed zilch, lol.

I am a very nice lady and I am a Christian and I serve the Lord our God. I don't mean no disrespect but I don't understand and never will why someone would anyone would pray to someone that's dead. it is the Lord Our God Jesus that's who we pray to.
