Just hearing him speak is nostalgic. Like he embodies the heart and soul of Disney in his voice and personality.

I'm so excited to see this film, and so overjoyed that Jim Cummings is returning to voice Winnie the Pooh and Tigger too!

Let's face it. There is only one true Pooh and it's Jim.

timrob12..........Not true the true Pooh is Sterling Holloway
@timrob126 жыл бұрын
Sterling did only one or two appearances as Pooh. Jim did so much more and was able to grow into the role. He is Pooh more than Sterling Holloway.

The way I see it they're both Pooh, Sterling Holloway is the one who really set the ground work for Pooh like Paul Winchell did with Tigger. Jim Cummings has done an amazing job recreating their voices, continuing their legacy, and making the roles his own.

I have always said that this isn't a movie for kids. It's a movie for the people who grew up with Pooh and are now seeing what Pooh's life would be after Christopher Robin is grown up. It's a tribute to the original, in my opinion.

"No negativity attached" ...unless you're the real Christopher Robin Milne. Sorry, I had to go there.

unless you're the real CRM then im glad he wasn't around to see it through esp since Disney erased Claire and made her Madeline. They didnt have maddy as claire, or the fact maddy wasn't in a wheelchair. ofc im glad shes not around either, she wouldv hated the film too. Disney really dont know how to incorporate a disbility without making it too difficult from the page to on the screen. Saving Mr Banks almost did it tho, until they ruined it by talking smack about Ralph's child who was also in a wheelchair. and then PLT was nice. The End.
