MEGABOMB - Jim probably did this deliberately - Aussie/UK humour usually has no problem making themselves the butt of the joke. It's called self-depracating humour. Also common in Jewish humour.

You are clearly a M.J. fan boy who cant let go of the idea that the one person you idolize was a massive creep. Yes he was a phenomenal artist but the wide consensus is he was a fucked up person when it came to love.
@rockinrodney50007 жыл бұрын
Charlie, you're actually incorrect. The "child pornography at MJ's house" report was debunked as being planted there by someone else, remember MJ had major enemies in the music industry (like Sony) so it makes sense that Hollywood (which is in bed with the LAPD) would fabricate evidence against the then biggest popstar in the world. The first child who was allegedly abused by MJ came forth to admit he lied, and there is no evidence of the second instance. So you really have nothing to base your accusations upon. I'm not even that big of a fan of Michael Jackson (I'm more into Punk and Alternative Rock) so you're not gonna be able to dismiss my refutation as "typical MJ Fanboy rhetoric" either. The facts do not show that MJ is guilty. I'm not saying the man wasn't a bit creepy, maybe he did do stuff like that. But I'm just saying that there isn't evidence there to show it, so the facts aren't on your side. Face it, you're not right in your assertions.

you really have to admire Jim's quick mind. He was telling a story about Michael Jackson, The black guy interrupted him, completely putting his story on the ground. You can't keep telling the same story that some one has interrupted, it just loses the charm. Jim didn't even stutter, his mind immediately went to another story, also regarding Michael Jackson. That was fucking sick.

According to Wikipedia, Elvis did not move Priscilla into his house when she was 14. They did see each other when she was 14 which is beyond questionable but there's no evidence anything happened. She moved into Graceland when she was 16 which is still very wrong but not quite as bad as 14. Also according to Priscilla, they did not have sex until their wedding night. She was 21 when they married. You might not believe her but Elvis was a Southern momma's boy so it's not that ridiculous. Also the man has been a dead a long time, if that wasn't true she likely would have said something by now.

Just a bunch of comedians put together in a group and feeling pressure to be funny, super awkward. And who the fuck invited Paul mooney, if he's there 95% of the conversation will always be about race. Seriously has that guy ever made a joke about anything else? Jim Jeffries is the only funny person in this video
@asraarradon41158 жыл бұрын
This show was actually really funny, but this episode did suck. Slayton and Mooney ruined this completely. Rain's jokes weren't bad, but her delivery just helped make an already awkward situation feel worse somehow. Jim was trying to lighten the mood, and he was really funny, but you could tell he didn't want to be there. Provenza was funny at times, but you could see he was uncomfortable and knew this wasn't going well. I do suggest you watch some other episodes though, most were good.
@ruekurei887 жыл бұрын
His favourite issue seems to be race, but he has made jokes about lots of other things. But yeah every comedian has their favourite topic, and when they get invited to things hosts usually pick their topic and go off that, and when you have Slayton there and the host going back to race, then yes it would dominate the conversation.

People always get this one wrong! It's not that a wife CAN'T testify against her husband. It's that a wife CAN't BE FORCED (or legally compelled,) to testify against her husband (or wife, as things are now.) In the U.S., no one can be forced or legally compelled to testify against their spouse, but if they are willing to testify, they are allowed to do so.

I like the look on the self-righteous black guy's face when Jim J touches on the history of white slaves...you can tell that he built his entire life's premise on standing up to "white privilege "...probably made him rethink his entire life strategy right there and then. The UK passed Slavery Abolition Act in 1833..(the USA did so in 1865 fyi that is 32 years later!!!!!) Slavery used to be wide spread and the only people who keep bringing up the issue into todays modern society are mostly found amongst the black americans. You never hear an Irish person bringing that up..and Ireland used to be a heaven for slave trade where the Irish were bought and sold as slaves on markets in Doublin (for example). Entire human race is at the knife's edge of falling into slavery when the rich and powerful decide to dismantle our civilised ways by stretching the fabric of our society which is what happens for example when they destroy the middle class by creating a huge inequality. Building your legacy on standing up to a partial truth and holding a 500 year old grudge is horrible way to live a life and horrible message to spreading around (just look at Israel and how those communities live there while holding their 1000s of years old grudges). It's a despiteful and pitiful way of existence.

Paul Provenza Saying that he would have done Mackenzie Phillips is he were her dad was one of the cheapest jokes I have heard for a while, not because of the content but because he said it simply because of its "Shock" value and not because he thought it might be funny. He said it in the same way a teenage boy tells a dirty joke for the first time. Pretty sad for a "Comic" who has been around for as long as Paul has.

Different types of humour are like genres of music; the more discriminatory one's pallet, the narrower one's perspective. In other words, do yourself a favour and quit with the snobbish sanctimony.

+Hoganply No I completely agree. I didn't even get the reference but I could see the "I just said something naughty" face he had after he said it. Good comedy has an element of the person saying it's true beliefs. When you're going strictly for shock value you're just a hack.
@kedabro19576 жыл бұрын
What all failed comedians have in common is a lifetime of avoiding introspection. You can't connect to people's emotions if you're disconnected from you're own. They are the Michael Bays of comedy. They are the difference between DC and Marvel.
