JIMNY SNOW DAY- INFLATION/DEFLATION SYSTEM (WITH BONUS MATERIAL)

Took the Jimny out for a spin in the heavy snow conditions. Was testing the inflatio-deflation system which is a special mod on the Jimny. What it does that it can inflate or deflate all tires with a android phone app in the palm of your hand. Never need to get out of the car to air down or up. Pretty cool ha.... Works perfectly👌👍 It basically floats on top of the snow😄

In Finland year 2000 winter, January terrible cold weather -35C. Night time me and my friend went with lack of petrol and no mobile phone connections as well to the nearest village. Our way was around 25 km long very local road and several kilometers in dip 80 cm snow. We survived! We survived because of old Soviet NIVA 4X4. My friend bought it for $3,500 not in perfect condition two ears before such event. We were so young, poor and naive. Wow! We didn’t know we need spend $35,000 to go off-road.

Don't blur the fuel economy, how it perform under those hard conditions? Great inflate air system by the way, I like very much all the mods it has your Jimny, I'll get mine on 2 weeks, can't wait for it!

Good observation, I am doing a separate video on fuel economy later this month or year. I have been monitoring fuel consumption from day one with no mods and then adding more HP and even after a Supercharger install👍

Regarding the inflation/deflation system I only have an E-mail for the control system [e-mail] You will get better information about how the system works and all the other components needed for the system to work👍

Hi, it’s lacks power up steep hills, but otherwise it’s sufficient enough. In the video (part2) we cover the engine remapping in which we gained 10-12 extra horsepower👍 but in all honesty I probably will install a Supercharger in the very near future 😄

Hi, that is an exiting option. The upside is clearly the higher ground clearance, but the downside might be maintenance issues regarding bearings and mechanical problems. Also i have heard that overheating issues are common in portals when driving in high speed on highways. Lastly i am also looking at the fact that every kilogram added to the Jimny makes it heavier. But you´l never know until you try it out right 👍😄

Привет и спасибо за просмотр моего видео. Основная задача этой сборки заключалась в том, чтобы найти оптимальное место для передачи, шин и мощности двигателя, чтобы они работали в гармонии. Многие автомобили 4x4 здесь, в Исландии, имеют этот мод, и он работает очень хорошо. Я тестировал Jimny в очень суровых условиях, и он показал себя исключительно хорошо. Как бы то ни было, на крутых холмах не хватает мощности, и мне нужно найти способ увеличить ее, чтобы добраться до этого золотого места. Прямо сейчас я вижу только нагнетатель, который может решить мою проблему👍😄 Hi and thanks for watching my video. The main challenge with this build was to find a sweet spot for the gearing, tires and engine power so that it would work in harmony. Many 4x4 vehicles here in Iceland have this mod and it works very well. I have tested the Jimny in very rough conditions and it does exceptionally well. How ever it lacks power up steep hills and i need to to find a way to increase it to reach this sweet spot. Right now i can only see a Supercharger that can solve my problem👍😄

Ha, ha, 😄 but honestly you you could. You can set the desired pressure and close the valves on the rims, and remove the lines. But you would always have to insert them again if you want to adjust the pressure 👍
