Hi Jim. Got to play yesterday. No flagsticks to aim at but holes cut in the middle of the greens. 13 GIR, 3 birdies, 2 bogeys and the rest pars. Have never hit the ball so consistently solid and it's all down to you and your instructive videos. My friends are getting very inquisitive about my setup and how my game has turned around. I tell them that there is this system but they would have to totally dismiss virtually everything they believe about their swing. Funny how only a couple so far have been prepared to make this leap of faith into something different and new. Jim, I am glad I did. Thank you for giving me back my swing and restoring my enjoyment in this wonderful game which I have played for over 50 years. May the Stillness be with you my friend.

Jim with your KZbin video and swing I cannot tell you how much you’ve changed my swing. I now set up over the ball and know 100% of the time where my ball is going. Key to the swing is practicing the bump and run in my yard.

I did an experiment with the Jims swing and another type of swing which involved weight shift etc. What I did was to put impact labels on my clubs the result was clear to see. With Jims swing I was hitting the center of the club. The weight shift and turning swing I was hitting near the heel. At 75 with reduced mobility I found JVs swing a more consistent swing for me.

Dang ... At the ripe old age of 73, I'm wondering if I can take advantage of this paradigm in the golf swing. I have some issues that limit my takeaway to a very short, limited distance. This could be a really helpful mindset for a golfer like myself. I'm going to look more into your teaching ... very insightful. Thank you =)

Finally got out to play!! Wow! My putter was smokin' hot! Love the instruction. It really made a difference. Question: My irons tend to go left. Moving my upper body too early?

Craig Ghelfi I’d have to see your set up and swing to answer that question. Sign up for the school then send me video so I can properly guide you.

@@jimvenetosgolf Already signed up, Jim. And sent you a video. Thanks for the feedback. Look forward to seeing you in Palm Springs.

Craig Ghelfi copy that, even better. Send video regularly because your issue could have to do with your set up or your focus during the swing. Tell me...do you focus on the same thing for every swing? If so, what is that focus?
