I can relate to her . Am a dusky skin lady n whole of my life i was being compared to my sis who was fair . Luckily , my parents never felt tht way n said the only way to build my future was to give me a gud education so tht i stand on my own legs n dnt depend on any one . Thnks to them i am a financially independent lady n i cud overcome an abusive relationship (legal proceedings ongoing) but yes had the courage to say i cannot tolerate it anymore . U hv to help urself end of the day .... self confidence courage is all u need . Thnk fully i took a right step n dint succumb to weaker moments n make a faulty decision . I came to this episode after watching Suman for months on youtube and always felt that she was the strongest most positive person in this world. Who would've thought she went through so much pain and trauma growing up! I feel so lucky for myself and extremely heartbroken about Suman's past. At least she fought and rose up on her own, there are so many women out there who get crushed by such situations and give up on life...

I was luckiest..mere papa bilkul ulta bolte the ki kisi ladke ki aukat nai hai tumhe pane ki even I was 90 kg ,that period of obesity mei Mera confidence mere papa ne jo uncha Rakha he is literally god for me matlab kya bolu unke bare mei no words....aur unke Karan i achieved high government post, degree from top University ,lost 30 kg ,ye unke effort the purely so parents is actually responsible for a girl life atleast

Domestic violence was so normal part of upgrowing that today looking back it seems so abnormal. Seems shocking how children becomes victims and can do nothing unfortunately! Actually this is true I have seen domestic violence in my home also i was child and i was unable to stop it that time but im suffering from that till now but my father anf brother say this is drama. I can’t sleep properly at night and I can’t feel relax during the day. I don’t know what i should do. I do everything to forget it but I am unable to forget it.

Hats off to you Suman !! You've gone thru so much in your young life and getting no support/devalued from your own parents to a young girl..I am just stunned. How hurtful that can be to a child is unimaginable. I know our society can be brutal but not parents. I am also kind of a self made women and take lot of pride in myself but you set an example. It is sad that some of our parents still see girls as weak and unworthy. You've proven them wrong in spite of living in an difficult, competitive and unsafe environment. That's just amazing. @@s.gujjar1179 hey start with small steps PCOD is more of lifestyle disease with few avoidance we can really minimise it Start with walking 10,000 steps 3K in morning,2K after lunch,3K in evening and 2K after dinner Once your body gets familiar with mobility Start with hard one's like climbing stairs, dancing, skipping anything you comfortable atleast 30min cardio needed and stretching is must You can try emi wong 1month challenge There are yogas for PCOD do when you're comfortable Add good protein in breakfast Don't skip Breakfast,Lunch, Evening Snack,Dinner Starving adds to hormonal imbalance Detox drink first thing in the morning and after dinner as our digestion gets weak with hormonal imbalance Try avoiding sugar, atleast don't consume sugar in the morning for initial 1-1.5 month You can search for zinc and magnesium,omega3 rich food online Add seeds and nuts accordingly Eat and eat good is road to free from PCOD Sleep good,create a routine sleep at exact time and wake up at an exact time Hope this can be beneficial in some way for you,lots of love 🤗🤗🤗 It's okay you can do it boo ❤️

@@s.gujjar1179 i too suffer from irregular periods. But once i started walking for 3-4 km for 2 months my periods became normal. And as soon as i stop it the irregularities start again. So walking can do wonders. Trust it and keep doing exercise patiently.
