The rich, velvety texture, occasional playfulness and great vibrato of her cleans....and the ability to add a little grit to them at will....is what brings me back for more with Tati. Such great tone. She's got an aces voice without any harsh vocals. When you add in her growling range, the way she moves on stage and is such a magnetic frontman....and top it off with being a poet with her lyrics....and Tati is something very, very special that doesn't come along that often. What's really a mind-fuck is she is so damned fantastic and yet it's not easy to pick a favorite person in Jinjer. Vlad has a unique voice/tone, style and is a drummer's drummer...maybe my favorite person in the band. Eugene is another tone master with the finger picking and tapping, funk slapping, runs and is a bass player's bass player. And Roman is the dream weaver.....so many artists dream of having a killer riff to structure a song around. Roman has a seemingly inexhaustible vault of monster riffs he adorns songs with. Great tone, dissonance and imagination. A guitar player's guitar player. And yet somehow these four forces of nature are apparently able to put individual ego aside and compliment each other as a unit perfectly, while sounding for the most part only like Jinjer. Fucking awesome band.

I couldn't have said it better myself! What an extravagant pleasure it is to have such a perfect band in existence. "Perfection does not exist?" I beg to differ. I gave up trying to decide which is my favorite Beatle, er, Jinjer. "I like the shy one." "I like the demonic one!" 😂 They're all so talented and adorable. I think I love them all equally. But it sure don't hurt none that Tati is so very easy on the eyeballs. As a bassist myself and a huge Eugene fan, I've learned several of his basslines (challenging!) and when I first saw them in November '22, I stood right in front of him, determined to watch everything he did. Nah. I've found it impossible to keep my eyes off Tatiana. She is such a powerful performer, there is just nothing like her. When you get up close it's overwhelming. I've made eye contact with her onstage from a few feet away. It's like being able to touch Bruce Dickinson, or Bruce Fkn Lee for that matter! He might knock you right the fuck over with the power of his stare alone. She's shy as a kitten offstage, but the force of personality is undeniable when she hits the boards! Can't believe I'm gonna be seeing them in less than two weeks!!!

ERMGRD!! I'm seeing Jinjer in less than two weeks! I bit the bullet and booked a flight to Milwaukee from Alabama! Fuck it! It's looking more and more like there won't be a North American tour this year. Between European tour with Sepultura (opening act domination alert) summer festival season including Wacken and Hellfest, and the new album to finish and drop (plus the new live DVD getting ready to drop) this is already a busy year for Tatiana and the guys. Hell, for all we know Tati is procrastinating on her lyrics right this minute! Love the Jinjer Army. It's a great community. These days I just like every comment on every reaction video, and reply on the ones that are particularly cool. I don't even need to make recommendations, y'all got it! 😂 I hope to make some new friends at the show. I'll buy y'all a beer! JINJERRRRRR!!! \m/

Pretty mind blowing to be sure. This is like a regular Thursday evening for her. Of course between the time they first started playing that song live and when this was recorded she had easily sung it live 100 times. Captain Clock official Live at Resurrection Fest would definitely be a good next one.

Been a fan of Jinjer since the first time I heard "Sit, Stay, Rollover" in 2015! There's no doubt Tati is QUEEN!! But since then I have found so many new bands with female vocalists that I like, on top of that list would have to be ANKOR and STELLVRIS! you should do reactions to both! With ANKOR check out Chapters 1-5 which would be the videos for 1. Darkbeat 2. Prisoner 3. Oblivion 4. Stereo & 5. Venom! The 5 vids tell a story with chapter 6: Embers releasing soon to finish the story! Pretty cool band man! And then STELLVRIS there's Avatar, Persistence, Who's the target now, Divided, take your pick where to start with them! Then another band I will add would be the ALL FEMALE band CRYTPA, songs- Lord of Ruins, Trial of Traitors and The Other Side of Anger! Your choice where to start there too!

The reggae feel is Tati's request, she is a fan of the genre. They've done a few songs with that, but she's always up for more, if she can get the guys to write the music lol. Song is on the 2019 album. Macro. Another from that record to try is "Home Back".

I can't help but smile watching your confusion when she goes off. Tati did an interview a while back (covid zoom interview) with Elizabeth at the Charismatic Voice channel... most relaxed one I've seen and they get into the hows for those vocals. It's called Tea time with Tati. It's a fun one.
