This is a wonderful chef! the amount of preparation that goes into cooking a dish is unbelievable. When i visit Hong Kong i will dine at this restaurant. Thank you for preserving the culinary art.

The duck took a very long time to make and it is well worth it. I really like to try the rice wraps. I can imagine what it tastes like. I bet nobody can eat just 1.
