I got to see Jo Koy in Anaheim, dude noticed me in the sixth row out of everyone else because I fell out of my chair laughing so hard. What happened next I did not expect, he was surprised I was Mexican and proceed to destroy me for 30 minutes but with comparison between our cultures. I’ll never forget that night and after the show was over everyone there wanted to take pictures with me in walkways on the way out. I have watched Jo Koy before he got his teeth fixed lol look at my TING TING

Jokoy your Mom is the best! God bless you for paying tribute to your Mother! I used to work with many Med Techs from the Philippines. When we used to eat lunch and English conversations would change into Tagalog. I obviously couldn't follow but I learned to say 'yes' and 'no' in Tagalog so if I was asked a question, I could answer, but it 20:31 rarely made sense but then they would start to laugh when they realized I didn't understand. We have great Fiestas Filipinos here in KC and I love the food and the dancing! Best of luck!

making money and exploiting?! nah, he has a mom,aunts etc but more importantly his mom a single parent who's proud of him the most that took care 4 kids given how his older brother has a schizophrenic, getting divorced to another country plus the fact he's donating silently, not just to his pledge charities. I've seen people cherry picking everything this man said and paint it to the core of hate geez 🙄🙄

How many times did you have to say that. You sound like a big hater, huh? I can tell you are the one who is a hack. His last specials barely talk about her, he does have bits about his dad, and he even says he reconnected with his dad because he left once his parents divorced. All he knew was his mom’s side but he talks about how much he respects his dad for what he went through with his schizophrenic brother. His dad left the family at 9 and wouldn’t even call for birthdays so what do you expect??? Comedy is subjective. Plenty of people think he is funny but it is weird that some people use so much energy to be hateful when they don’t know shit. You don’t follow his entire comedy but try to speak on it and I know you don’t because he literally talks about his white dad AND white stepdad all the time just not as much as his mom because like I said his dad left and he talks about how hurtful that was as a kid. That side of the family didn’t reach out. Why are you so mad?
@seenseen01
@seenseen01 3 ай бұрын
just another idiot that I've seen before who blames out of nothing and acting like knows everything but in reality didn't even know how he talks A LOT since way back then about having both white dads (the one who left them when his parents got divorced and even dad's parents didn't want any of them eitherway.) and step dad who step in as a father for them ( including his brother who has been battling schizophrenia.) his entire family is proud of him and very supportive including his son so ppl really are just plain haters. 😝

He is the hilarious comedian who has been on his grind for decades, sells out arenas (including being the first to sell out the forum 6 times), is one of the top 10 paid comedians, just put out a new special that was number 3-5 for weeks, humbly gives his wealth to Hawaii anonymously (people bring it up), and is intentional about uplifting others. If you are focused on the GG still, you really need to touch grass.
