Hey Theo, I'm the exact same way about noise. I not only sleep with ear plugs, I also wear them constantly throughout the day whenever I'm home alone. I also would recommend to you some noise cancelling headphones and a white or brown noise app running. I've never had more peace and quiet than when I have my ear plugs in AND my noise cancelling headphones with the white or brown noise playing. It's really great for meditation or when you're really trying to concentrate on work or whatnot. Literally can't hear any external noises.
@dontpanic153 ай бұрын
i think this might be a good thing for me to try. i often find noise to be distracting and annoying. especially noisy neighbors who yell from outside to inside instead of walking up to the person and speaking in a regular voice. people that HONK to get the attention of people inside also rude. and people playing their music and i love music so they must be playing something awful to annoy me!

I’m the complete opposite. Any type of quiet scenario gives me horrible anxiety. Throw me in a rowdy situation with people going nuts and I can just chill out. The more chaotic it is, the more relaxed I feel. I was a legit insomniac as a little kid until my parents put a tv in my room.

Hi Joe, I'm an 81-year old died in the wool conservative, spending my time watching the latest Trump interviews and ran across yours, and in essence discovered you. I watched your interview with Trump, Tucker, Dana White, a few of my favorite people, and enjoyed their interviews very much. Nice job! In this video, I notice your support for Caitlin Clark. I've been following her, ever since she was drafted into the WNBA. I started watching her games, from her H.S. through her professional carrier and could not stop. What a phenomenon she is, and much much more...! It's just a shame how she is being treated by WNBA associates, even her own team at times. Chas Barkley hit it right on the head, describing them as "petty." So sad, in their reaction, to be so envious, and jealous, instead of recognizing how she has, and is, helping the game and her offering to advance woman's basketball and each one of them. But isn't that what women do? Sure seems that way!
