Gabriel Iglesias comedy origins just shows that you have to work hard for everything. Nothing in life is gonna come easy or for free. It takes a toll and sacrifice. Thats life. Thats what made him one if the funniest Latino comedians.

People don't need food stamps or government assistance, they need affordable housing and a job that pays enough and for the dollar to not depreciate more every single day. Everyone talking about homeless people like they want to be in that position. ask yourself how much pain someone must be in after losing their home, their pets and everything they work hard for their entire life, to resort to doing drugs.....

1:54:58 Mythbusters found this out YEARS ago with evidence. They hooked plants up to cardiagrams or eeg machines, can't remember which. And found out that not only do plants have a noticeable reaction on the readout to being hit, but can also tell other plants they were hit and those other plants show signs on a readout of preparing to be hit as well. They even removed the possible false positive of the hit creating the spike on the readout by just THANKING of hitting the plant from outside the room they had the plant in, and it still spiked as if the plant got hit! This was in like, 2008! I'm binge-rewatching Mythbusters but I can't remember the exact season or episode, though. I think it's somewhere in season 3.

I was talking with a couple of homeless guys that live in the streets. They were smoking joints, waiting on the recycle center to open to get a little cash for trash. One told me he could just walk into the store grab food and walk out and no-one cared. He thought it was weird. He had relatives but lived on his own on the street by choice. He was like it's not an issue for him. Why change? he was feed, self employed, and high, responsible to on one and nothing. Seems like those outside his bubble think his life is a problem, he sure did not think what others think is a reason to change. Good luck forcing him to change. WCDB

@@Ben-n5d IMO, leaving out part of your employment history is a good idea... A simple Google search can turn up a lot on someone these days, and it's a bad look if a potential employer finds what you left off- it's a lie of omission, after all. When I ran into the problem, I just started writing "DO NOT CONTACT" in bold letters under that entry. Potential employers always ask why, and I tell them, "We parted on bad terms." If they push for details (which often happens) I simply say I don't disparage former employers- something along the lines of, "If you can't say something nice, say nothing at all." You get to retain the moral high ground; and most people take the unspoken hint that, if you won't dish dirt on that employer, you won't dish dirt on THEM, either.

I don't have addiction to food... I have a sugar (more of a SODA addiction)- and I hate it so much... I KNOW it's killing me, I'm 33 and I'm basically disabled already, yet I can't convince my stupid brain to get rid of sugary drinks. I can drink water for a day tops, before I literally feel sick to my stomach any time I drink water without sugar in it. It literally starts tasting weird in the mouth, I start to feel nauseous like I just drank fcking rancid dirty rainwater from a poodle, and I'm back to drinking soda, rotting my teeth out every minute of the day. Especially because I also have so low level of iron in my blood it's a miracle my brain even gets any oxygen to function, and without constant supply of sugar in the water to keep at least a little bit of energy I can't even keep my eyes open for more than 4 hours before I'm getting fcking microsleep episodes. Not even tricking brain with artificial sweeteners work because while it may trick the mouth for a while, I'm still dead on my feet and unable to even sit behind computer, let alone physically work at a factory. My longest streak without sugar was 5 days and I had to quit because I almost crashed my car in microsleep going TO work, not even back home from work. It's pathetic but I really see no way out. I honestly believe sugar is the worst addiction in the world because you CANNOT avoid it, they put it in EVERYTHING on purpose, so unless you become a hardcore vegan for the rest of your life and violently flog yourself for even thinking about bread, let alone soda, good luck

Distance is the issue if others do exist in the vast area of space. Space is a really big place interstellar distances we have no way to cover block our view with time. Drake's Equation, of communicative alien civilizations; as few as 30 to as many as 300,000 in the Milky Way. The Fermi Paradox, time and tech are issues, when and how others lived or will live could be so out of time with us....odds so far...no contact. This could be a good think because they might be violent, we are?
