For those curious, Gordon did admit to taking TB500 in one of his Texas vlogs from Flograppling, where he visits the clinic run by his friend to collect his BPC-157 and TB500 supply. TB500 is considered a banned substance by all the major sports organizations (as far as I know). Of course, in addition to TB500, I suspect he takes other peptides that increase testosterone as well as TRT I think. Only the TB500 (and BPC-157, which is allowed) is confirmed by him on the video, while the rest is just conjectured by me.

TB500 is not an androgen. His physique at competition isn't a TRT physique, it's more of a 200-500mg weekly plus maybe an oral. Gordon sort of admitted when in an interview he said his team is known for not using steroids and then he walked it back and said something like "well, not as much as other teams". That one pic from a few years ago where he was huge and crazy shredded is more of a Tren look but I don't know if he would bother with something that harsh. TRT doesn't allow you to go much over 1000 mg/dl when you get tested. That isn't enough to get way bigger than you naturally would. 500mg weekly will put you around 3-4000. TRT is not a cycle and isn't magic. Going against Andre he had to be big because Gaval is a monster. In recent videos he is smaller, maybe natural? Or cruising on a small amount?

Peptides don't increase testosterone as they aren't androgenic. There are peptides that increase Growth Howmone though. TB500 and BPC157 are known as "repair proteins" and are literally just used to increase recovery rate and to speed up recovery from injuries.

I don't think it's ever been states explicitly, but it's about as close to it as possible. Lately in a lot of his IG posts and replies, he essentially admits it without doing so. Someone asked the other day, "How good would you be without gear?" He said, "I'd still be 20 years ahead of everyone else in the sport." He never said, "I take gear." But that's about as close as humanly possible to admitting it without actually admitting it.

TB-500 is not a steroid. It's a peptide that increases blood flow to soft tissues to accelerate repair of injuries and such. Might give you more endurance, but it doesn't have a known effect on androgens to my knowledge. That being said, I'm almost certain Gordon Ryan is on things that do affect his androgens lol

I think there's a really big point about the steroids in BJJ issue that gets overlooked. While it is technically true that there aren't explicit rules against it, and that they don't test, the overwhelming majority of PEDs and basically all, at least in the US, used in Grappling are Schedule III substances. So, unless the people taking them have a specific medical prescription for them, it would be illegal to do so. Therefore the rules don't really matter as taking them would be illegal and you wouldn't be allowed to do so even if the rules required it.
