Used 23KG, was able to handle everything except the windmills. I had never done windmills before and they make it look easy but that is definitely not an easy exercise!!! I will definitely be adding them to my workouts as it really hits a lot of different parts of the body. Fun workout and at 20 minutes that is a good pace! Thanks for the workout.

To engage the glutes, hams and core, you need a lot more knee bend on the swings. The dude is standing almost straight up and swinging with very little control. Her form was solid.

To engage your strongest muscles, you push your feet into the floor. That's the key, brother, not the knee bend.

I think this is once a week with three workout days a week. This is intense especially for 40+ year olds. And no legs or lats or arms or core work. I wouldn't burn 20 minutes doing this. 20 minutes of Turkish gettups would produce 100x more results and be just as taxing.
