Lebe Stark. You are my favourite teacher in the world of kettlebells. Thank you for your amazing workout routines. Have been doing kettlebell workout for 5 months now. Have been training with 16kg kettlebell, now wanted to try out 20kg soon. Cheers.

Just quick question - during the windmills, I noticed that you squat more with one side and hinge on the other. Which should I watch out for when checking my form? Thanks in advance

Brother, THAT was a great workout!!! It is going to be one of my all time favs! You're a beast doing this with a 32kg - RESPECT! I completed it with a 24kg and I am stuffed - then again I am almost 17yrs older than you so I guess that entitles me to a seniors discount 😝

I never got the point of renegade rows. It seems to me, they work everything a little bit, but just not enough.
@hansklok3384Ай бұрын
No one is gonna read this, but I after incorporating them in the EDT-part of my workout, I changed my mind. I can see the value in this exercise now, it is just not a good "row"/lat exercise. The name tricked me into thinking it was an alternative for bent over rows or similar exercises.
@oldnatty613 ай бұрын
If you can't do it in 4 exercises or less it ain't simple or straightforward. For training for wrestling/combat sports you want to work w/ real people, sand bags, kegs, slosh pipes, stones, odd objects, push-up spikes, a suspension trainer, the power wheel. Things alive, destabilizing, unpredictable.

17.47 🤬 health and safety warning ‼️ - I was faithfully following along and I got so distracted by what was happening in the background that I almost dropped my 32 on my head. - Don’t come at me bro, I’m only human. 🤷🏻♂️🤕

I was listening to a fitness podcast recently and one of the hosts mentioned that circuit strength training is “fake” training. Now, I could have taken this out of context, either way, I completely disagree with that statement. I believe you can still achieve hypertrophy during a circuit. What is everyone’s thoughts on this?

Can you share the podcast in the comments? Short answer: Many roads lead to Rome. 🔥

Gave it a (short) listen. Without more context, it's hard to judge what he meant. Circuits are awesome for various goals; we train like this all the time.
