Perfect timing! I was just looking into what Low Numbers is after the Borough Breaker Rally, and remembering they did the GOB series on Dennis' channel too. They are killing it so far! So hyped to see what they have planned for the future! Huge shoutout to Joey and Demarcus for putting the work in! 🔥

I was looking in hulu for BMX and could only find the 30for30 Birth of Big Air. Great show, but I don’t understand why more BMX content isn’t on Hulu, Netflix, Amazon, or other streaming services besides KZbin.

Because BMX is more of a "core" sport,so it has more of a core audience and BMX videos don't usually follow a storyline. BMX does not typically have the revenue for Hulu,Amazon etc...But if you want a "title " search for Aggroman. It's about the one and only BMX superhero. Should be right up your ally. Kanode knows, right Bobby? Ride On. Oh,yeah The search for big air is a fantastic start.

Back in 2008-09 Chris R. Did demolish cars event.. The owners of bike companies bought the car and they chose a driver.. wasn’t bmx but was amazing and pleasing for eyes.. … Now I think what would make bmx better is bringing people together that can be a part of it meaning (all people). to much is focused on the PRO… that’s a 1 percent group that isolates the whole soul of the community. Before xgames we had the chance for the up and coming riders to show how and who they are. We need more for the regular people so they can participate. Watching isn’t enough, being on the sidelines isn’t either.. Make it for us all. Meet the streets, metro jam, etc.. Anyway I love people that actually have opinions Joey makes me happy.. Great job Bobby

i absolutely agree w mr cobbs bmx is too hardcore and because its too insecure, bmx is afraid of someone who isnt them coming in and trying to do what they do even better so they ostracize them and call them lame and wack and ‘not core’ and then it gets left in the dust

The Alex Honnold version is going to be someone who is on the same level danger wise, being exposed to death is the comparrison. Name five rock climbers? There are just as many if not more climbers as there are riders, the point is that nobody outside the circle knows the names of the actual participants. Unless one person is doing something that is extraordinary (and death defying) at an very high level will the bubble pop. Its a Bicycle in the end its not a BMX or a Mtb or fixed gear ect. its just a bicycle to someone who doesnt know the difference from a 26" dirt jumper and a 20" street. With that in mind I think its going to be Danny MacAskill. In the end its just a bicycle to the average person, with somebody doing the most impossible thing.

Talk about ruining contests. This Borough thing is an amazing idea, as is most of the way they are going about it. But, from what we've been shown so far with the points system, they are potentially about to ruin this contest but crowning a guy that a) has a second day filmer, so they know the route easy b) does basic tricks compared to others which shaves massive time. Anyone could rip around full speed doing one footers, get a tattoo and highfive a cop and walk away with the coin. Yet some guys are taking the time to film legit clips. Hopefully there's some bonus for legit vid part clips at the end

Second day filmer here - it really didn't add any benefit. If anything I was exhausted from doing it the day before.

So hyped on how much you're following this event! This is the first time we have fully built out a format like this so we tried to think out all potential issues ahead of time so that we could see all these amazing street riders do what they do best. The tricky part is having a timed element to the event while trying to encourage the riders to ride as much street as possible along the way and NOT forcing them to do all the same tricks the entire time. So there is a balance there that we are trying to find that involves the rider trying to complete the course as quickly as possibly while having real incentives to apply their street abilities and signature styles along the way.... This first event will show us if we were able to reach that balance or if we need to tweak it in some way for the future. This is something new, not perfect, but we are hoping to perfect it over time. We did have to leave the specific trick selection to the riders themselves... Yes, a rider could choose to do a very basic trick in order to move on as quickly as possible, but that is up to each rider... and to us, that is an interesting element of the event. Which riders will take the easy route and which will hold themselves to a higher standard? We did built in several BEST TRICK and BEST LINE time incentives that does reward the rider with the best tricks. But its difficult to image how all this will shake out and how each rider will approach the event ahead of time. All these riders hold themselves to a very high standard and so we had to rely on that to a degree to see what these guys would choose to film and how they would handle the time element. I will say that currently, Joe Jarvis is in first and Closson is in second. I believe both those riders put a lot of effort into checking off as many time crunches as possible. Jarvis was one of the last guys to finish on his day, yet he has the best time so far because he took the time to check off all the time crunches, get the blackout bonus AND he got the BEST LINE deduction as well. Because of that he is sitting in first, which I think he earned. We will see if anyone comes through with a quicker time, and if they do they will have surely earned it. But ultimately, at the end of the event if we feel like we put too much emphasis on one element or another that negatively effected the outcome, we will make the necessary tweaks so that next time we can get closer to that balance that we're looking for. Thank you again very much for watching!! We hope we don't let you down. 👌🤝

@@LowNumbers Couldn't let me down, this is a GREAT thing yis are doing, I was more thinking it could be an issue from a participating riders perspective. But yeh i was jumping the gun a bit and no doubt you guys are on top of it. Will be good to get the feedback/ideas from the riders at the end. You basically perfected the format when you were spit-ballin talking shit on the Xgames haha Still have timed event eg.5hrs but judged at the end (Ala Xgames realstreet). Adding your ideas of penalize for things like too many repeat tricks. Force some creativity. Might even get Garrett doing a hang5

@@DeliverablesProject glad to hear i was wrong about this. If the riders are cool with it im all for it. Cheers
