As a NSW fan I don’t think anything changes, just as much chance of being smashed in game 2 than game 1. Latrell scores a try and jumps around like he’s won the game only to let in 3-4 tries straight after

Good point. I thought the same about Liam Martin in game 1, massive effort for two huge tackles in the space of a few minutes and carrying on after like he's won the game, then miss two tackles in the next few minutes that both led to QLD tries but the analysts didn't even mention it.

Is this the same 'sure they'll win' thinking they have before every game, even those they go on to lose? It is a better side, but that's no guarantee of victory. You still have to play well on the night - all the talk means nothing. It's the actions on the night that matter. Plenty of strong teams have failed to perform on the night.

I reckon nsw players don’t care about the state they just play for money these days. If you say they do care then how how’s queenland keep winning. Last 10 years I pretty sure nsw has only won 2 series. We have players that go for Queensland but were born in NSW and grew up there just shows that no one cares about nsw except Liam Martin and Spencer lui.
