My top 3 favourite kinds of meat: 1. Lamb. Hard to find good quality but fucking awesome. If I find a lamb dish at a restaurant, unless I’ve heard it’s bad, they don’t have any more lamb or I really don’t think it’ll be good, I will order it. You can even eat it raw! 2. Beef. My go-to when good lamb is nowhere to be found. It’s really versatile and tastes amazing. Like lamb, it can be eaten raw. I love beef so much that sometimes it sounds like it’s my favourite. 3. Chicken. Very versatile and very delicious. I especially love chicken shawarma, and chicken is my go-to choice for meat when I buy some. It’s awesome when deep fried, and I have yet to see deep fried beef or lamb. Unfortunately, unlike the other two, you can’t eat this raw.

You can’t really avoid it. If I’m at work and I eat my lunch people will always be like “why are you eating cheese, I thought you were vegan”? and I have to be like.. yeah it’s vegan cheese. The term "dog eat dog world" applies to all beings on earth. Humans included. Simple as that. The amount of history repeating itself all shows us of our natural state. No different than wild life, once you boil it down. Difference between us and them is our evolved consciousness. Able to comprehend such acts as love, ambition, pride, etc. Consumption is natural. I think that it is justified to be a little dumbfounded when someone genuinely believes that plants feel pain, especially considering that someone who actually "cares about plants" (for whatever reason) would still be vegan. I was vegan then vegetarian for more than 20 yrs, I chose this for ethical and climate reasons, but….I became sooooo sick, developed severe suffering with autoimmune diseases x3. Couldn’t believe it was due to plant toxicity and high complex carbs, took me years before the reasons emerged. Plant toxicity! A complete plant exclusion diet then reintroduction of one plant at a time revealed the intense pain that would reoccur quickly. Only beef and water gave me relief. Couldn’t believe it at first. Slowly came to realise carnivore is my healing diet, maybe may be my only diet for several years . Hopefully I can reintroduce very low toxicity plants in future like pumpkin , maybe… But …Now I’m pure carnivore , beef, water, tallow, and this is pure joy. Slowly my body is healing. Vegan was soooo harmful and so dangerous for me, but I’m glad it works for others. Now I only source grass fed beef raised from Regenerative Farming practices, requiring great care of the herd and the fields, with ethical care of each of the cows, and ethical humane quick killing of one cow at a time - never in a slaughter house. I can’t get over of how much I love the taste. Yes, I feel immense appreciation of the life of each animal I eat. I bless the meat. I thank and bless the animal in my mind, I agree to put the energy and sacrifice of that life to the highest use I can. Yes, I am a human supremacist in this vegan’s mind and I am at peace with this. My life is so simple, never needing to grow or source organic veggies or fruits, I never enter a supermarket, all the dramas around shopping and cooking disappeared, no processed food on my natural diet, and I spend less on this way despite high grade grass fed beef being relatively expensive . I accept I am responsible for the death of cows now and in the future. I am grateful and appreciate these cows. At one time I would have been disgusted with this. @@SurTrailDoesAll To be fair that same logic applies to all living things on the planet, that's why many plants evolve different defense mechanisms such as thorns or spikes or poison. Of course there are *some* plants that rely on being eaten to better spread their seeds (through some types of fruit and vegetables) however that cycle is usually disrupted when they are consumed by humans.

So plants are also actually a life form that think and communicate… their roots have an interconnected network with one another which they communicate and share nutrients through. They can think and adapt, they can produce toxins and various defense chemicals to make themselves less appealing to eat. Believe me, a plant isn’t wanting to be eaten either. Just eat what works for you in your diet, and work towards the better treatment of animals. Frankly I prefer to get my nutrients primarily from meat, with some fruits added. It’s what helps me feel optimal. Honestly if I could just live off of air, water, and sunshine, then I would. Eating can be kind of annoying for me personally.
