Don't rush the basics and with consistency you'll improve eventually. We see in the video that once the guy in black has a decent cartwheel He finally manage to progress significantly.

Not sure, but maybe “run too fast” into the next step not having mastered the previous one… plus not having a strong cartwheel (this happens to me, doing a cartwheel is not very challenging, but having a productive and strong cartwheel is so hard 😢)

i love this series, its entertaining but there's actually so much to learn from it and it's nice to see what is going wrong as it allows us to be more aware and get better at realizing mistakes which we can then use to analyze our own footage
