This was the best explanation of this concept, the Johari Window, that I have ever heard. Thank you for the obvious thought and time that went into its preparation.

Excellent video. Not glitzy or more focused on entertainment which I find refreshing. To many "educational" videos or situations today are focused on entertaining rather than providing content. Which I suspect will make this presentation the subject of much unfounded criticism.

I apologize if I missed it in the presentation, and wonder how the johari window considers subjective opinion of a person and whether of not another's subjective opinion can truly be considered "known." In other words: is it truly unknown information about someone when what's unknown is someone else's deduction based on what they do know, which is often completely personal and inaccurate.

interviewer part doesn't make sense- if person is asking for feedback won't the blind pane get larger? not the hidden box?
@ziggyzugg3 жыл бұрын
Because the person is still hiding stuff they think might damage them in the eyes of the other person..but seems as if the blind box should also get larger right?

truth, if only this werent so painfully boring. it feels like the production quality is from the 70s'
@brandonduarte89185 жыл бұрын
Wtf is the point of this? Why do people have to come up with super elaborate ways to "talk" to other people. You learn how to communicate through life, why am I being told to watch this for college man this is a waste of money
