I don't really know anything about this story, but to be fair, when stumbling over your words, "JonBenet and I" can end up "JonBenei" pretty easily and stumbling over your words is a lot more likely when you're uncomfortable.

TheDNA that the investigation found in her pants (underwear) has been run in CODIS and there is no match. The DNA does indicate it belongs to a male of Hispanic origin. They will find out who did this. The Ramseys were unfairly treated and tried in the media. The DNA proves it was an outsider. Lou Smit worked on the case and as an expert detective determined that an outsider committed this murder. He worked on this case until his death. John Ramsey came to pray at Lou’s deathbed. Lou’s children are committed to solving the case and I believe that justice will be done. Lou Smit resigned from the Colorado police department because of their unfair treatment of the Ramsey’s. The department ignored facts proving that an outsider entered the house through the basement window. Further evidence of the intruder is the DNA 🧬 obtained from the body of Jon Bonet.

What would be the revelance of you or my opinion to them? If they're guilty, have a lot of money, and hired well connected lawyers, then they would have no reason to subject themselves to this level of scrutiny. They could've dipped right off the radar and ignored everyone's speculations. Instead, they kept coming back to get people talking and remembering the case in hopes of new leads coming in. They hired some of the best people in their fields to help investigate the murder.

samp In 1980 in Australia there was a baby girl ( about 9 weeks old) named Azaria who was taken by a dingo at Ayres Rock. Her mother Lindy Chamberlain was asked in an interview if she killed Azaria and her reply was "no way I loved that little girl". Apparently Lindy wasn't emotional enough when talking about Azaria.

I definitely don't think it's too natural to answer the question "did you kill your daughter" how he answered it. I would say fuck you while crying at the insinuation. John is pretty emotionless. I really think there's a case of incest and Patsy feels guilty as fuck for not doing anything about it (maybe J threatened her, he was the breadwinner). That to me would explain her detached "I loved that child." I think she loved her but guilt from ignoring a child being abused would change her responses to things.
@unprocessed_life
@unprocessed_life 6 жыл бұрын
REALLY? REALLLLLLY? I mean, sure people can usually spot a fake cry, and people DO respond differently to things. But you cannot agree that these people have a normal reaction. A friend of mine lost his daughter in a car accident last year. when he arrived at the scene of the accident, he got on the ground beside her body and SOBBED for 20 minutes. An officer got down by him as a measure of support.

I remember this case from the beginning and the one thing that always bothered me is how John Ramsey was always so calm, laid back and so non chalant about the whole thing. I don't remember him ever acting upset or mad or anything. It was always like it was just another day at the office. That has always bothered me.

This is what happened. December 25th the family went to a party at a friends house. They came back at night. From that moment on idk who was sleeping or who wasn’t. I know that the brother was either awake the whole time or was sleeping and woke up. The brother asked his mom to make him a bowl of pineapples and milk which is why both the boy and the moms DNA was found on the bowl. Also in an interview that the brother had a few days after the crime. The women/man showed him a picture of the bowl of pineapple and they asked him what it was. He couldn’t answer. He was stuttering and saying idk. The sister came downstairs and took a pineapple out the bowl. Which is why there was no DNA of her fingerprints on the bowl. But there was undigested pineapple found in her stomach during the autopsy. The brother then got upset because she took his pineapple and hit her in the head with a flashlight. There is evidence that a few years ago the brother got mad at her and hit her with a golf stick and gave her a scar on her face. So right off the bat we know the brother is abusive towards his sister. He must’ve hit her with so much force because unresponsive and unconscious. He either called his mom or his mom was already there. She must’ve started freaking out and called the dad. And they began to make a cover story. The mom then wrote a 3 page ransom note. Which was proven to be written with her pen and paper from her office. Then the father must’ve brought her to the basement and strangled her neck with the rope. And put duck tape on her mouth. I believe it was the family because there were no signs of an intruder. In fact it was snowing outside and the police found no foot prints nor any signs of a break in. There was also a broken window in the basement but and intruder couldn’t have came through there because there was an unbothered spider web and if the intruder came through there it would’ve ripped. Also a piece of glass would’ve broke and fell somewhere. Therefore the family was involved.....

When you are a loving mother who only cares about your child, you will GLADLY go to jail or do anything as long as your kid is safe and unharmed. As a devoted mother you don't care about what happens to you, as long as your child can have a happy, healthy life. I'd say that it is possible to tune out what people say when your heart and soul and your thoughts are focused on 'just bring my baby back alive to me' or in their case they should have been still focused on the loss and death of the child, but they quickly shifted to themselves. Anyway, if I was innocent I would not be concerned with who thinks what. You know they gave this interview to CNN, when they still have not spoken to the police? And they will only talk to police in 4 months, on April 30th. And they will only send their clothing of the night of the murder to the police in a year, and one sweater would look like it was just purchased. So...this all explains why they focused so much on what people say about their innocence.
@Beachandpool
@Beachandpool 7 жыл бұрын
I just read a book by the detective of this case which clearly shows two photos that prove easily that there were NO intruder/s that night in their home. And the recent DNA testing shows 6 minuscule DNA samples of 6 different people. The DA who exonerated them only presented to the public that only 2 DNAs were found of one or two individuals, whereas there were 6. So how could 6 people comes into the home and leave NO evidence other than these teeniest tiniest DNA on her clothing. Anyway....as I said the pictures prove no on came into the house in the first place. And that DNA on her clothing comes from prior to night of the murder. Anyway, sorry for the long responses, but again if you are innocent and struck with such a tragedy, you do not even want to live anymore, forget worrying about your innocence. And there would be evidence of the intruder/s so you would be cleared of the murder easily.

Well, it was most likely the brother that hit her on the head. The brother has some psychological disorder since birth. However the lawyers made sure his medical records are unattainable. The parents had to cover up for him, so they staged the crime scene. The family was NEVER eliminated as suspects. On the contrary they were indicted on guilty charges. But the DA chose not to allow the trial, for whatever reason.... a lot of people covered up for them...maybe got payed off....certainly they had the $$...who knows....

when she is pointing and saying "we will find you". She is really saying with her body language.. "look at everything you have put me thru" to John. She deliberately avoids pointing at him instead of the "outward anywhere you are - blanket statement " like.. I don't know where you are.. you could feel her pointing directly at a person like if she knows who it is..

9:54 I keep going back to this time stamp as the mom claims that there are at least two people that know who killed the little angel. The dad slightly parts his lips and turns his head to her, gives her the slightest meaningful glance towards her and at the same time the mom with her body language leans away from him, as though to acknowledge that she said too much, which is why she pauses, licks her lips+gulps, and continues. The vibes are all wrong.

if they were so interested in finding the killer of their daughter (if in fact it wasnt them,) they why wouldnt they fully cooperate whether they were offended or not who cares! their uncooperation in this matter delayed the police finding the killer (again if in fact it wasnt them)and if there is some intruder walking around free out there then its their fault!

Swedish Holmberg “I have that a a sole mission for the rest of my life” John slips, how does he know it will take the rest of his life to find the killer. He already knows he will make it to his death with his secret. One would say “I will not rest until the killer is found” or “I will not stop looking until the day I die”. The rest of his life means he knows it will take that long.

You only need to look into the fathers eyes to see who did it, his eyes are of a sadist. The mother looks more concerned about getting caught (probably have some guilt) I have a feeling they were also pimping the kid out to maintain their luxurious life style. The father has some connections with powerful people. They strike me as very narcissistic people to say the least.

I think the reason why they appear so calm and chill is because Burke did it .. and I bet they saw it coming since Burke's attitude towards his sister was totally off.. He hit her with a golf club,smeared feces on Jonbenet's things etc ... So John and Patsy definitely knew that one day Burke's sick attitude towards his sister would ended up in such a tragedy but they did nothing about it. and as for parents shame on them for not getting the help he needed from the start.. This wasn't the common sibling fights , this was really serious, They should have known better.If he had gotten treatment early on , maybe JonBenet would have been alive today.

The only fecal matter that was found at the crime scene were post-wash stains in pairs of JonBenet's underpants. There was one incident where as a very young child, Burke hit JonBenet with a golf club. Look at statistics. Most fatal child abuse is caused by the mother.

I know there's a lot of evidence that one of the Ramseys did it. But as for John Ramsey, I'm amazed by how much he reminds me of my father - the way he talks and thinks is so similar to my dad that it's eerie. And my father was most definitely no killer or psychopath. But his way of dealing with things is to remain calm. He did the exact same thing when he was very suddenly and unexpectedly diagnosed with a terminal illness. That would bust 99% of people out of their shell, but my dad within hours reverted to John's type of calm reflection.

I think the mother did it out of anger. I think the father sexually abused his daughter. And the son Saw everything. The mother might have been already jealous about the beauty pageants, and with possibly finding out about the sexual abuse. The father couldn't accuse her, I mean, he is partly responsible because of the sexual abuse. And look in the video how neither of them attempt to comfort eachother, nor defend eachother. They talk about themselves and barely look at eachother. (As if they were angry at eachother)And the brother might already have had mental problems before, and with the murder and maybe being forced to stay quiet by the parents, he would have been traumatized causing such a strange reaction, or interview years later on doctor Phil

Nailed it, just one correction Burke has autism so it could be more he was abused himself and traumatized by that, or just extra bad socially like during interviews. IMO there is no evidence he saw or was a part of the events of J’s death

John sounds like a lawyer taking about “his case” and Patsy’s words sound somewhat rehearsed. This is exactly why people always point fingers at them. And if John can be so calm during this whole ordeal, why on earth didn’t HE call 911, instead of Patsy?

Considering the ransom note said that they were a group of individuals, and that there were two gentlemen watching over their daughter. It seems a bit strange that Patsy is so convinced that there were two people involved…the killer and the person that the killer confined in.

I think Burke did it, and John and Patsy covered it up. Appearances were everything. They couldn't let it be known that Burke was such an odd child. He spread his own poo all over her toys, and Christmas candy. He had hit her before with a golf club. I think he bopped her with the flashlight, and from then on, everything else was a coverup.
