He was utter perfection He held the room in the palm of his hand for an hour and a half It was spellbinding He is the reason why I now write and perform my own poetry He makes it look easy It isn't Existentially yours........

I love 'Evidently Chickentown' - Pure class, love the rhythm. JCC is a very talented wordsmith. Real people will still be loving this poem in 100 years. Got to be 'fucking' for me btw - so much more zing and impact with it. The whole piece ends brilliantly, last couple of lines. Wonderful.
