This is very nice. Crazy expensive. Wish list item for sure. AC and Heat would be really nice

5:55 the same thing happened to me last winter when I was looking for a zero turn. Covid pushed the prices and they shot up, it was now or never for me.

I have an old F935, that I fab'd up a loader bucket on. Now I can mow, and move dirt around my property. Guess Deere doesn't want to manufacture a bucket attachment for them, probably because they'll lose tractor sales ? I used the extra spool valve for the bucket tilt , works perfect. I used a Titan bucket built for the Toro Dingo.

that V-flex deck is awesome . i rebuild mine this winter , it had a lot of worn bushings , due to lack of lubrication . make sure you take the deck of the machine periodically and grease everything . you might have to lift it up or turn it over , there is more grease fittings than you think ! while i had everything apart i powder coated the deck , 3 pcs. new bearings ect. i hope it will last me my lifetime . i'm that happy with it !

That is a sweet machine! Now I don't feel so bad spending only 14000 on my brand new hustler zero turn side discharge. I used to have a rear discharge unit and you rarely wear the grass with that type but I needed something faster and bigger for 4 acre mowing. Now I just have to wear a dust mask and glasses with a wrap-around protection. I feel yer pain in allergy season. Dang it... now you have me thinking about a full cab setup like that too for year round use. Then again it'd be hard to let go of any of my 5 JD worker garden tractors. I hope you can get a chance to mow even more yet before next summer so we can hear if this really does help your allergy symptoms for mowing.

I think you got hold of a great machine at decent price point having researched this machine and its various attachments/accessories myself over the years. They certainly weren't going down in cost! LOL! It will serve you well. Enjoy the years of service it will give you.

I agree with you about the Zero - Turns. People seem to have this 'fascination' that there the best ever. Personally I think their Crap. Only good for, mowing large flat areas of Grass. Well that's about it. Very expensive for a Machine that can't do much. Not to mention they are extremely dangerous on hills.

lucky the kubota zds you can mow,plow ,arearate and fertilize lawns and cab optional

Yeah I'm at the point that I want to quit wearing masks and I'm not spending this much money to still wear masks!! I'm expected it to be as dust free as a tractor, mini excavator or combine cab and it aint!

Was just talking to a dealer in Michigan was told you can order any more right now because it is all getting updated. I was told the price is going up by 5%-10% than this model

The new models are getting LED lights and a couple other upgrades from the literature out there

Question about the work lights, the lights on the steering column, they road, work or they operate as both? And dose the lights on the inside the cab have a glare when they are on at night against the windshield

Per my local John Deere dealer, the A/C can not keep up in the summer.
@mmrbeef10 ай бұрын
Can’t say that was my experience from last summer. Mowed the yard a couple afternoons when it was 90+ and I turned the fan down. Maybe if you lived in Texas or FL that might be the case, but we rarely see temps that high.

Love the machine and the vid but you don’t owe any one an explanation but I do appreciate the education of these machines I do a lot of mowing my self but I like to use an xmark series x with a Koehler ecv980 efi and a deer 950R zTrak both with 72 inch decks but what you got is awesome

Would you sell the snowblower separately?
@mmrbeef Жыл бұрын
The 1445 and both snow blowers were sold before winter 2022/23. Sorry about that.
@caydenvlogs-mn1jo2 жыл бұрын
so is it true that you are going to keep one 72 inch deck for the 1585?
@mmrbeef2 жыл бұрын
When its all said and done, I should have a 60HD blower, 72" side discharge deck, and the V-Flex deck (and potentially the broom).

Mmrbeef how come you don't use the johndeere 318 49 snowblower. What happened to the johndeere 318 you don't use the johndeere 318 49 snowblower anymore.

Diesel zero turns are a fail vs. gas zero turns.
@mmrbeef10 ай бұрын
Hard to compare a multi-use machine like this with a zero turn. There is a reason they no longer build terrain cuts with gas engines.

We are very disappointed in the machine. Our ZT is cleaner to drive. We bought it to keep us out of the dust and heat it ain't!
@mmrbeef7 ай бұрын
I would agree the cabs are not as well sealed as they should be. That’s been a little disappointing. But the AC on ours works great, keeps us nice and cool in the summer and warm in the winter!
