John had been singing so long you could see grandma's mum's and their kids in his audiances!!

He toured the Last Time all around the country even to the rural towns. I saw this at Bundaberg in Queensland Australia. My memories of it were mainly his humour and how love,y a man he is. Of course and his singing.

I saw it in Melbourne. People 'thought' it was his Last Time performing, it was the Last Time he entertained in such big concerts. I said "He is a born entertainer, he will perform again." I saw him again at a Fire Fight Concert in 2020, he was aged 70 and still hit the high notes and had so much fun; so did the band and audience! John is a legend!

The drummer is Angus “The Mongrel” Burchall. Has been with John since the 80s, like most of his band! Absolute legend.

Gee that was so emotional. He did do as others said, wineries. And a few smaller venues and concerts to raise money for farmers during drought and a huge 10 hour concert for our bushfires slog with many other performers who all worked for free . I loved the smaller venue, I went t to The palalais. So close and with binoculars I could see every drop of perspiration on John‘s face. ANY TYPOS HERE I CANT SEECA THING😂. Picking up my new glasyin. Few days YIPPEE

Oh what a special night....Makes me even a little sad knowing he felt like this and now he's never going to sing to us again...but thank goodness for all the footage we have and the amazing reactors as your good selves who bring us these videos to enjoy. Thanks to all those supporters who contribute to John's career with their requests.

Angels LIVE 2000 is an amazing performance by John and Lisa Edwards, one of his long time backup singers; they harmonize so well together!

when panning to the audiences near the end, you can see John's wife Jill, and their sons Rob and James, - (On clip, at 4.43) easy to pick out, Rob has the dreadlocks, - thank you for reacting,

Look at you go, rembering band member's names. Yep Stevie Williams. Ps the kid with the dreads in the audience during the ovation was his son standing alongside his wife and other son❤❤❤ And the guy who is hugging him backstage is his best mate and manager Glenn Wheatley

Yes the tears came again but I wanted you to see how much he really loves performing, his band and his audience. The hand over his heart just starts the emotions right up. I probably shouldn't have said series. I meant the few I send at one time 😂 I try to mix them up a bit and throw in duets as well ❤

The Last Time Tour was the last of his Big Arena sized Solo tours. Although he did do some more bigger sized tours with people like Tom Jones ...Oliva Newton John, Anthony Warlow. But mostly smaller more intimate concerts at wineries and parks and at the beach in Perth one time as well. ❤❤❤😊

He did a pretty big tour in 2010. Saw him at Wollongong Entertainment Centre (on my birthday). That was the last time I saw him live. Just as good as the 1st time in 1989. And the 3 others in between

Wineries in Australia are where they produce wine and are open to the public for wine tasting tours and meals and some even have accommodation.A lot of wineries have open areas where people can picnic and enjoy live music - which you have to buy tickets for. A lot of these may have multiple artists. The drummer Angus was with him from his first come back concert in 1987 until his last performance. He was 20 when he joined John. 🤩🤩 They say he sings more than he talks and he is singing and joking around the house 😍😍 He is so loved ❤️❤️

It was the look ast time he did a stadium/arena tour just under his own name...but after this he did a huge tour with Anthony Warlow and Olivia Newton John ((the main event) and 1 just with Oluvia titled Two Strong Hearts and one with Tom Jones. Since then it was mainly wineries for summer concert series..Al day events across Aus with multiple artists along with his usual benefit concerts, raising money for The affected by massive bush fires over here and so forth. He was always the first to put his hand up and get involved in something like that, to give back not just to the land he loves so very much, but to the ppl who gave him back his career and the lifestyle he now has, by buying his albums and concert tickets. He has always been very grateful for it all and never taken any of it for granted. 1 amazingly kind, humble, funny, appreciative human being!

Regarding Steve Williams and his harmonica solo here, I highly recommend that you watch him playing the opening of “Chain Reaction”. (He’s on the thumbnail of it on KZbin.). It’s phenomenal- the best harmonica solo I’ve ever watched! At one point he creates the sound of a steam train.
