Guy kills a woman on his family’s land, gets homesick during Christmas, plots an escape, and is killed during the attempt. Prine makes you cry for a killer. Think about that. My momma couldn’t do that shit, but Prine’s voice takes you right where he wants you to be - beside him, crying for killer who was killed trying to escape prison on Christmas.
