Kitty's therapist made notes of the session that indicated that Kitty was concerned that her sons were "narcissistic, lacked consciences and exhibited signs that they were sociopaths..

I think the Menendez brothers should be released. From a legalistic perspective it may make sense to keep them in prison, but they tried everything else, like confronting his father, telling relatives, running away, and nothing worked. They endured extreme abuse since a very young age, they had terrible role models, and were under death threat. On top of that, at the age they murdered tbeir parents, their brains were not fully developed, so their judgment wasn't as formed as an adult, especially taking into consideration the almost unbearable burden they were carrying for most of their lives. Finally, they have shown remorse and have been model immates. Their unfortunate action was an isolated one, under atrocious suffering and fear.

I know they were old enough to make decisions but they were infact abused and hampered their brain development as well! Which is why after reviewing the case, the D.A. is clearly entertaining the very strong possibility of these two being released sometime in the near future. Because the mitigating circumstances suggest these two didn't commit anything worse than Manslaughter. It still means they deserved to be held accountable. In a way the Monsters show did a lot of help to us who were not aware of the case or even Menendez brothers existence coz we weren’t born by then and I'm basically from Asia so there's no way I'll know about a this much complicated murder case happened 10 years before I was born that also in America so it did us a favour to know about the case and to watch the trials and do research and it had the same effect worldwide and for that it also did a major effect on the case which would never happened if the show and It's controversy wasn’t made so thanks to the show for letting people like us know and to help with the case this much so now there’s a new hearing or maybe trial and probably resentencing and potentially the brothers will be out and free soon ❤

Every procedure Gypsy had done was found to be necessary due to her chromosome disorder. What I don't understand is why there was an extensive psychological evaluation of both Amber Heard and Johny Depp, presenting in court, and both had not murdered yet anyone to my knowledge. But the culprit of Menendez drama is psychological trauma or psychological and mental inadequacy such as psychopathy and inability to control itself etc, and yet I had not seen at least one normal professional in the field of psychology who would analyze, test brother and keep an eye on them in prison decoding their behavioural patterns. I am so stepping on a bee here, and it hurts! And the irony that Menendez brothers were caught not by diligent police work, but by greedy and unprofessional psychiatrist is yet another evidence that a group of psychiatrists should have participated in this trial.

That is enough for me to believe that if they ever tried to leave and tell the police he could kill them. They could not take that chance. The father probably had already the police told and warned, lied to and maybe paid off in the event that the boys would try to run away. So they could not run away. Every one has their breaking point. And these brothers were pushed well beyond theirs. It's ridiculous that they are still in prison when life is 25 years. I dont with killing but given what they have already been through. If they were cleared and set free they probably would have been murdered by some nutter. It's true the older brother was not being abuse but the father told the younger one that he had to be at the house on weekends to continue the abuse which is why he told his brother about the abuse for help. The father was NOT letting him go to the college he wanted in order to continue the abuse. So yes, the abuse was still happening and the letter he sent to his cousin 8 months before the murders complaining about the abuse proves that. And not a single witness testified the brothers were verbally abusive towards the parents. In fact, just the opposite was testified by countless witnesses including family, teachers, coaches, friends, neighbors, etc all saying that the parents were cruel and bullied their sons. You dont have to believe the brothers but at least look at the evidence and corroboration from testimonies and get your facts straight! Why do you think that? There is a lot of corroborating evidence to disprove that theory. The father informed them that they were removed from the will. Their uncle, who was the executive of the estate, knew this too, well before the killings. If it's for the money, why not put more time and effort into planning? Everything they did was very rushed, getting shot guns instead of waiting for hand guns, not thinking about the mess they would leave, and quickly trying to cover up after, making plans that evening but never showed up so as a result they have no alibi, they waited for the police to show up afterwards, but when nobody showed up, they decided to leave. And if it's for the money, why confess? They confessed to their therapist. It was only due to their confession that the prosecutors were able to put together a case. Even then, they were still not able to prove premeditation. That's why it was a hung jury for both jurors.
