Depeche and The Smiths were my favourite bands. Living in Prague during communism I had to go to great lengths to get the music. A vinyl record was like a treasure. The music was being copied to cassettes. I remember buying Bigmouth Strikes Again in the Polish Cultural Centre in Prague. Then took a tram guarding the LP as if it were gold...actually I was learning English from DM´s and Smiths´ lyrics. I have to admit I prefer Placebo´s take on I Feel You.
