Johnny let’s all be honest we knew just how good that interior would end up after you got to work on it. I loved the attention to detail and what a touch when you put some tyre dressing on that original spare wheel, quality. No corners were cut in the valeting and it just shows what a little time and elbow grease can do to an older vehicle. Already excited for the exterior polish.

Yes the burns are one of those annoying flaws. It is sortable, but in this case it doesn't detract too much from the car as a whole and whilst this is a lovely example, it is still what i would class as a 'cheap car' so i tend not to go too crazy over the top with every element! Thanks for watching

Re: cigarette burns - I've had pretty reasonable results on fabric/velour seats by using a razor blade to scrape fabric fibres off of an unseen part of the seat, some fabric filler to fill the deepest bit and then mixing a drop of fabric adhesive in with the fibres for the top finish. It's not perfect but for a small amount of work it takes the eye off the worst of the damage.

I actually use my own customised concoctions when cleaning depending on the application. Generally speaking, you’d be correct - time is money so why spend excess time on a vehicle? Well in my case, I know how long jobs like this will take as I have been doing this for a very long time so I can quantify my time vs how much I need to get from a vehicle. Furthermore my levels of attention to detail have earned me a bit of a reputation for a ‘job done thoroughly’ which helps massively come sale time (and not only helps for a quick sale, but also a sale at strong money) 👍
