I get where John is coming from about Victor clearly being a good person deep down, or atleast starting that way. But you can say the same about Jesse Pinkman. In the end he made the wrong choices and lost everything (atleast in my head canon where El Camino never happened)

Just started the video so I’m not sure of anyone makes this theory yet, but I think Sofia will try to use Oz’s mom as leverage, and he will just pull a wander Frey and off his mom him self. She asked oz to kill her before she got too bad…this might be the last straw before he’s full fledge penguin…and that’s when victor realizes he’s gotta get out of there…it he dies.

My running theory...agree Oz was involved in his brothers deaths out of envy and jealousy for them as star children, hoping with them out of the picture, he'd be the center of his mothers affection. He will do something radical, requiring him to kill his captive mother, in order to try and take out Sal and Sofia. Francis gave him permission and in one of her frames of mind, is keen to get her hands dirty. That will be Oz giving her two things, also ending the reminders from mom that he is not his brothers. May cause a Victor flip, surviving someway.
