the reason is nostalgia - we probably originally clicked on these because we knew the show - its mostly just US and Canada - which is the first problem - second is that is a certain generation - age 30 ish to 40 ish remember this show best

I think it's just really long for some people. I bet the shortened clips from this series get more views than the full episodes. But I'm sure glad they have continued this series. My only gripe at all is the purple shirt they made is not nearly dark enough.

I was red-blue-purple here. While I think blue got a massive advantage in the fumble event, red simply sold at the end. I would not have gone last on the first event for calling your shot, the second event was an obvious choice for 3rd, only thing that could have changed that was a fall.

I understand the thought process of calling your shot for the 1st event, but that game is literally up for grabs most of the time. It seems like there's always a lot of ties in it. Joezack should have used it for the Tornado Run because that was one where we all knew what the outcome was going to be.

It might be fine to do it on the first event in rare cases. It's dumb to do it on *that* event because, as Jimmy noted after tricking them into locking in, the likelihood of a tie for second is too high. You don't want to predict a last place finish on an event with a small, discrete score. Timed events are ideal, since ties are unlikely. Jumping events or ones with high scores are also reasonable. An event where usually only 4 or 5 points are scored is a terrible idea, even if you had a better idea how good the players are.
