I asked around, why the store manager never did anything about it, and it turns out he was a doormat too. I had to get out of there quick.

He had that hilarious line about how even though the kitchen was fucked, he still was going to get the food out because it was "my house" hahaha. and Dani became a pretty solid owner and embraced the craft cocktail ideas. One thing is that some news outlet interviewed the owner and she said that she didn't even feel like she needed to be on Bar Rescue, but the producers kept begging for her to get her bar filmed so she finally relented. seemed like it was a good place but it got spruced up

The "Grill" they are using is what we used in my workplace to solely toast burger buns and tortillas, it was cleaned daily. We used egg pans for the eggs. Cooking burgers is mess and doing it on a griddle like that would make it so nasty, especially cooking EVERYTHING on it. I guess they also have a microwave.... That shit's nasy. That's not really improper cooking as much as it is improper cleaning. Cooking surfaces need to be at the very least scraped inbetween items so that the residue from item 1, say a burger, doesn't get into item 2, say an egg. Over time, if you don't scrape, those burned particles gather and get on everything.
