Kept waiting for you to bring the gear up. It looks so much like it retracts ! Wasn't until I went to the Cessna website to see what a Sky Courier actually was (one of the big selling points is single pilot operation) and looked in the photo gallery that I realised 🙂

It kinda reminds me of the Beech 1900..not as long. The 1900 was designed with the thought in mind that 19 passengers or less you could fly with out a Flight Attendant.

It has a lot of Beech1900 systems. Engines are pt6-65SC optimized for lower altitudes. Bleedairheat sysyem is similar. Aircraft is build by a Beechcraft at the Beechcraft plant in Wichita. They (Raytheon) named it a Cessna because it has a high wing. Got this from one of the Beechcraft engineers that helped designing it.

Still no keybind for condition levers? Prop pitch was no issue, but I cant find any bind for the the condition levers

Starting procedure is for a piston twin. In the 408 auto ignition stays off untill precip or ice. You can also just turn it on before flight. It stays off until the engine ng decreases to 19% and then it turns on, preventing flameout. When you hit the starter the ignition automatically comes on. The boost pump switch stays in NORM. If you lose fuel pressure they automatically come on line. There’s so much wrong with the system simulation here it’s a joke. Hopefully another company dives into the systems simulation. Typical Carenado. Looks good and that’s it. I got about 1000 hours in the 408 over the last two years.

How they can release a flight simulator software with effed up checklists is just beyond me. It's just such basic quality control.

Are there a lot like this? Maybe I’m just lucky in that I’ve been flying the vision jet, and some Got Friends aircraft, that have working checklists that will actually get the plane started.

This is not realistic but you have to turn the ignition and boost pump on. Otherwise it won’t start.
