Right..makes no sense..if they thought their daughter was kidnapped they would want him close. How were they not sure the intruder was still not inside the damn house. The police did not even thoroughly search the house. Their ineptitude and lack of common sense not to protect the scene was astounding. The case was bungled by inexperienced cops and the negative ripple effect on the town was unbelievable. It was like evil had permeated the town. The poor detectives left to try to investigate a compromised crime scene had their lives and reputations ruined.

I´ve studied this case for years including reading several books and serious websites, reading media articles and watching documentaries & videos. There is much more to it. If you don´t know the stories about the following things then you don´t really know the case: The last photo of JonBenet being alive, Patsy´s softball bat, Burke´s new bike, John´s bible, JonBenet´s dog, investigator Ellis Armistead hired by the Ramseys. What most people forget to consider is the relationship between the family members and the psychology AND child psychology (!) of the case. There were two crimes: The homicide (not murder!) and the cover-up of the homicide. While the circumstances of the homicide are actually complex - it was most probably an accident - it´s clear that the parents covered up the homicide to protect their social status (including Burke´s) and to protect John´s job at Access Graphics which was their only stream of income. Fact is there is no real evidence for an intruder. Fact is Lou Smit´s SPECIFIC intruder theory is inconsistent and does not make any sense, not logically and not psychologically. Fact is the item used to strangle her was NOT a garotte. A garotte has sticks/handles at both ends. This kind of toggle rope had a whittled (!) stick at one end but a knot at the other end so its original purpose was not to torture someone (!). Fact is she was penetrated with a piece of a wooden paintbrush but NOT raped (!). Fact is after her death her intimate area was wiped, she was re-dressed, duct tape was put over her mouth and she was wrapped in her favorite blanket (!). A pedophile just would not care about her dead body. A pedophile would not write a two and a half page fake ransom letter while being inside the house of the parents of his victim. A pedophile would go in, do his act and go out asap. What´s even more damning than the hard evidence are the statements and stories of the parents and their action or lack thereof. After "finding" the ransom note the parents did neither search the house - not even the rooms next to JonBenet´s bedroom - nor did they read the whole letter, nor were they worried about Burke´s safety (!!!). Why did John not go down to the basement after reading the ransom note if this was logical like he later said (!). Why did John not check JonBenet´s life signs after "finding" her body in the winecellar room? Nothing of this makes any sense unless it´s part of a cover-up. In fact the parents ACTUALLY ignored the ransom note in many ways: They did not touch it (at least not without gloves) thus not leave fingerprints, they did not completely read it, they did not listen to it (called immediately police), they did not acknowledge that no kidnapper called them, and they later never talked about the ransom note unless they were asked about it. The ransom note, the 911 call, the broken basement window, the suitcase and the flashlight are all part of the staging. Just days after her death John hired top attorneys and other experts including a PR expert to run a coordinated PR deception campaign to control the narrative, attack the police, pressure the DA´s office, mislead the public and demonize every critic. John is still pushing this false DNA narrative to misdirect away from the family. The Ramseys don´t want to solve the case, they want everyone to be busy going down each and every rabbit hole to not ask them critical questions about their role.

Exactly my thoughts. Thanks for the new leads and traces, i have not known about all of them! I am realtively new to the case but i also wonder if it was something like a doctor play between the two kids escalating or just the blow on the head from burke and then the parents being scared for their social status and the way their son would be seen so the make it look like somebody raped and killed her. On top they were completely unsure of what to do and thats visible in the random note. In the beginning its noticeable how Patsy tried concealing her handwriting but as she goes on she falls back into her tracks. I could imagine its so long because they desperately thought of what to say, knew they had just one try for a letter as police could find a second one if they would search the house, and then went just on and on making it worse and worse. And to me its clear as day this torch they supossedly didn’t own had been placed there to link investigation to an intruder, who would use this tool to look around the house in the dark.

Honestly, it's just so horrible that JonBenet was sexualized at such a young age when she should have been playing in the grass and being with friends and doing normal kid things and on top of that, there was evidence of sexual abuse going on while nobody looked into it and even after her life was taken away, her dignity was taken by her parents and the media who saw her as a little Madonna than a child and her brutal last moments were turned into a game of ego by a bunch of adults who should have been searching to find the truth and get her justice. She was exploited in life and death and she never received any justice. Rest in peace, sweet JonBenet. JB's autopsy indicated vaginal irritation and her vaginal opening was enlarged - this poor girl was sexualized - bleached hair, makeup, provocative dancing. Someone was sexually abusing that sweet angel - she was taken to the family physician several times (once a month for months, if memory serves). The parents had to have been aware of this as the doctor is required to report evidence of abuse to authorities. It is well within the realm of possibility that JB was making it known that "someone touched my pee pee.". Imagine what that would have done to the Ramsey''s reputation if it was known that they ALLOWED this to happen to this child. That necessitates two things: either come forward, plead out or serve time, put Burke into counseling and start over. OR, COVER IT UP! Motive, signed, sealed and delivered.😃

The detectives went to the house and stayed for hours. One of the things they noted was that when people moved around you could hear them because the floors and stairs were wooded and creaked and made noise. Also, the house was so confusing, you would have to know where to find your way around and the basement door is not obvious. It would have been difficult for an intruder to do all of this silently.

I think the rich DID get away with murder. ALL of the evidence points to Patsy Ramsay killing her daughter. It was HER handwriting on the note and the paper and pen were from HER DESK (according to a handwriting expert) it was HER paintbrush that was used to strangle her daughter AND there were fibers from HER sweater (that she had been wearing just the night before) found on the tape that was covering JonBenet's mouth. If it WAS an intruder who came in, wrote the note and killed JonBenet.....how did he just HAPPEN to know where all these things were that just HAPPENED to belong to Patsy Ramsay? And how did he get into the house without leaving footprints on the snow outside or having NO signs that there was a break-in? And how did her father just HAPPEN to go straight to the wine cellar and find JonBenet when the cops had said they wanted the house searched from top to bottom and the wine cellar was in the basement?. I think what happened was MAYBE the brother did something to JonBenet.....maybe she stole his pineapple and he hit her and the blow was too hard and rather than losing BOTH her children (one to death, one to the police) Patsy finished killing her daughter and her mother-heart couldn't bear to see her beautiful princess suffering, so she hugged her one last time and that's how the fibers were caught on the tape. She killed her princess to protect her son. And now, there's no way to get justice for poor JonBenet because Patsy is dead.

The BPD took the note to the Secret Service & they also hired 2 Renowned private experts, all 4 said No Ramsey wrote the note. **From the 1st week of 1997 til 2008, DNA testing was done at 3 separate labs. Within the 1st Two Weeks, the results of DNA testing were back - from under JB’s fingernails - unknown male DNA, mixed with JonBenet’s DNA. Steve Thomas kept this vital result from the DA for 7 months. Two spots of blood were in the underpants but Never tested. Steve Thomas constantly talked about the book he was going to write. It wasn’t until the grand jury was to convene that more DNA tests were ordered. The blood was JBs & Same unknown male DNA - saliva mixed in a spot of her blood in the underpants. This DNA from an unknown male wasn’t developed enough for CODIS at that stage. The BPD & Steve Thomas, who had Never worked a murder case Before, were ‘leaking’ false & misleading information to the media & the frenzy continued. Eventually the BPD were made to Publicly apologise for doing this to the family but This Fact has been forgotten/not known about by the general public. The BPD, whose officers Should have found JB early that morning though a Search for her was never carried out as it was a Ransom note. Three officers were tasked with checking entry & exit points, yet failed to pull open the cellar door & go in there & they Failed to go through the train room door also, thinking it was a cupboard door, they by-passed it. The broken window was Not where the perps got in the house, but That is Not the point. Only America & one other country still has a stupid grand jury system. It is unfair, unjust & doesn't work. The jurors only hear from the prosecution, who get to pick & choose what evidence is presented & which witnesses appear. There is no judge, no defence lawyers & No experts to rebut Whatever is presented. As a consequence, the jury vote on the side of the prosecution 98.6% of the time. And Steve Thomas withheld a great deal of vital evidence. The vote was never for murder. Unlike the jury, the general public & the media, the DA Saw all the evidence known about at that time as did Lou Smit, one of the best investigators in the country. The DNA alone Proved just how Wrong the jury Were. Steve Thomas illegally took evidence material from the BPD & resigned on national TV, an act that was unheard of in law enforcement history. Of course, that was the precursor for his book of BS, blaming Patsy because of a notepad & he commenced book tours. He was promptly sued for that book of lies, but soo many have forgotten about or don’t know about That also. He garnered money from the public for his defence but come time for court, he refused to get on the stand to back his Story. The case was settled out of court & he lost every cent. The investigation Continued along with a bevy of private investigators who had full integrity & worked tirelessly Unpaid to catch the highly sadistic killers of this child & at the same time, they hoped to save another. What guilty person, let alone Two, would subject themselves to soo many interviews with soo many reporters on national TV & for Years? NONE. The Ramseys continued that til Patsy died in 2006 & John continued the same & does to this day. Very few know about a libel case in 2003 - Wolfe vs Ramsey, where Federal Court Judge Carne got to go over the evidence known about at that stage. Carne declared the Ramseys factually innocent due to the 'Abundance of evidence that pointed to an intruder'. All can read that 93 page document online. She also had quite a bit to say about Steve Thomas in relation to his integrity as a police officer & all his BS in that book. She was particularly incensed about him stating a time of death for JB when he was not a doctor nor a pathologist. He did That to suit his own agenda & for that book, being for, his own financial gain. Carne was also quite scathing in relation to Cina Wong who tried to present evidence about that note when Wong had no qualifications to call herself a writing analyst let alone an expert & she never had the original copy of the note. Pages showing fake writing As If Patsy’s writing ‘samples’ & As If from police files, continue to appear on vids about this case. The pages are all Fake. Wong put out a video of course, showing a whiteboard with writing ‘samples’ As If Patsy’s, it’s all Fake. The public have Never seen Patsy’s writing. The Ramseys & Loads of others. who included known pedos, were Cleared by the DNA a Long time ago. The DNA from that unknown male was developed & has been in CODIS since 2003. The FBI’s national database only accepts Qualified DNA. Further testing in 2007 - Same unknown male DNA at 2 places on the waistband of the long-johns, on the inside & the outside there. The Ramseys were finally Exonerated publicly in 2008 due to All the evidence that Showed someone Was in the house, over 200 pieces of Plus the DNA from the unknown male, that had also cleared John Mark Karr who said he did it. Next testing in 2016 with Advanced forensics - 2 male DNA on the long-johns, one is hispanic. The other is a white guy, Seen crossing the Ramsey’s backyard after they left for the Whites Xmas dinner. This was reported & newsworthy at the time. All the false & misleading information given to the media by the BPD did push This vital piece of Evidence under the rug. Then all the books of BS with all the versions of Whatever, took the case into a whole new level & the BS continues. N.B. Who would Write a ransom note on their Own notepad & use their Own marker & then put both of those items near the phone For The Cops? There is something seriously Wrong with all those who believe Patsy did That! The public need to understand that this case hasn’t been to Trial yet & so - You Know Nothing About This Crime, The Case Or About What Was Actually Perpetrated Upon This Poor Child. BTW - Burke, Was Never Even A Suspect. A couple of other suspicious items you didn't mention: JonBenet was covered in a blanket that was taken from a dryer that was installed in an upstairs hallway closet. This washer/dryer was installed upstairs so soiled bedclothes and garments could be washed upstairs. Only someone with an intimate knowledge of the home and JonBenet's bedwetting would know that dryer was there, and that JonBenet's blanket would be in it. Also, when JonBenet was brought upstairs by her father, Patsy remained seated on the far side of the room. Why did she not rush to her child, who had supposedly just been found, and in all that commotion she would not know for certain whether she was alive, or dead? Wetting the bed on a regular basis is normal for a child of 2-3. A six year old should not be wetting the bed regularly. This is a red flag for sexual abuse. Interestingly, cops found fecal matter in Burke's bed, on his walls, and on a box of chocolates meant for Jonbenet. It's was Burke's fecal matter. This is another red flag of sexual abuse. 9 year olds don't smear poop. This is called regression, almost always an indication of ongoing sexual abuse. Young victims will smear feces on beds and walls in an effort to discourage their abuser from raping them. As a medical professional, my opinion is that these children were both sexually abused. I believe the parents were involved and so were family friends. From what I've researched about Patsy, I think she was sexually abused by her father. Sexual abuse often is passed on from generation to generation. When children are sexually abused, they often grow up to become abusers. Not all of them, but many. I believe she was killed purposely. This was no accident.

When he surfaced in order to keep an eye on him they told him in the main floor living room they'll conduct search of house with him from top to bottom. From upstairs to basement. Just my two cents on some aspects of the case I haven’t seen others theorize: Yes it could have been the 2 parents scolding the Burke on the 911 call as he could have done something to Jon Benet BUT it could also be the dad that had done something and Burke had just awoken to the commotion. Observe.. Dad : we’re not speaking to you (as in telling Burke to leave them alone) Patsy: oh god jesus what did you do? ( asking the dad) Burke: what did you find? ( confused about what is going on) A second thing that might have happened that incriminates John was when John disappeared for 90 minutes and he said he went to his study - He could have been there talking to his lawyer about how he killed jon benet and when his lawyer maybe said something like - she will have your DNA on her body or something similar to that - John got very agitated and that’s why he went down to the body as soon as he could so that he could “contaminate it” with his DNA as then it cannot be used as evidence.

John did Not disappear at all. It was John Fernie who went out for an hour, he was organising a 2nd lot of the cash from His bank manager. One needs to Think about WHY that Evidence of the recording was put on a TV programme & in the early stages of the investigation. One needs to find out about Steve Thomas first though, including that he constantly talked about the book he was going to write. He told John & Patsy that she hadn't hung up the phone properly & he said Burke was in the background & asked them why they lied in saying he was asleep when that call was made. They were Incensed about that Next accusation & wanted to hear what the cops were talking about. And, Thomas said Burke Only. He refused to let the Ramseys hear that recording. John & Patsy were So upset, they went on national TV & told the World what they had just been accused of & challenged the cops to cough-up with the tape. All went quiet. Next thing, a TV Show has the recording, Words are put on screen & suddenly it's supposedly All 3 Ramseys in the background. Patsy was using the Wall phone that was near the kitchen. In the Real recording of that call, Patsy hanging up the handset on the cradle is Clearly heard CLICK. IF the cops Actually had Any Ramseys in the background because Patsy didn’t hang up, the recording would have been played til the end & all would have heard CLICK. And, Steve Thomas refused to have that call forensically sound tested. Funny that. BTW - Two cops went down that basement at different times that morning, give them a call & ask Them why they Failed to find the body. From the 1st week of 1997 til 2008, the DNA testing was done at 3 separate labs - unknown male DNA & Matching from - under JB's fingernails, saliva mixed in a spot of her blood in the underpants, touch DNA at 2 places on the waistband of the long-johns, on the inside & outside there. The DNA has been in CODIS since 2003. The FBI’s national database only accepts Qualified DNA. Further testing in 2016 with Advanced forensics - 2 male DNA on the long-johns, one is Hispanic. These 2 left town within the week. One was 17 at the time & came to the U.S. from Puerto Rico when younger with his family. The other one was 24, white guy with fair hair. He was Seen crossing the Ramsey’s backyard when they left. Another vital Fact that has been swept under the rug because so many ‘authors’ jumped on the bandwagon & wrote books of BS for Financial Gain. All that false & misleading information, transferred to TV for the Same reason. And so, onto Utube ‘shows’. The brainwashing of the public began a Long time ago.

I can't recall what programme but a few months ago on a Utube video, I saw one with CeCe Moore where she speaks up about this case & said for the BPD to allow her specialised testing. I haven't heard any outcome about that. All seems to be silence, but I have a feeling that something is in the works. Let's hope so. As I say to some, no-one knew that the Golden State Killer was about to be arrested & I'm not relating that this killer is about to be but I know when the one who was 17 at the time is found, there'll be an announcement. There are two unknown male's DNA - both perps, one dead, from several places on JB's person & other items still to be tested that are to go to CeCe. Known Facts - Alarm set 5.30 a.m. The Ramseys were to get on a plane for Charlevoix. Patsy found the note, raced upstairs, found JB gone & screamed for John. He just said “call the police”. It was pitch dark, no-one around & they were terrified. Who would know how long til cops arrived? After calling 911 she called the Whites & Fernies for Help. 2 got in the kitchen door when the Ramseys went to the Whites for dinner. They had broken in before & is why they knew where everything was & exactly what they were going to do. About 1.30 a.m. JB was choked with the white nylon cord & tasered on her back in her bed, wrapped in 2 white blankets & carried to the boiler room. When the cord was quickly released she screamed, a neighbour heard that because of the vent in the boiler room. Fibres from the cord were found on JBs sheet & are in evidence. They ran out a side door, down to the back & waited under a pine tree then went back in. They had run into the metal ladder & it hit the cement as they ran out. That was the 'crash' noise the neighbour's husband heard. Fresh pine needles came off one of their jackets & were found in the cellar & are in evidence. She was given a lot of water in the early hours & tasered & tortured near that boiler room. The big area of pee staining on both undergarments prove that. That was not a garrotte it was a complex bondage device & made by the 17 year old who was into causing fear & used electricity. Both these factors & position is why the big area of pee staining on the front of both undergarments & near to the waistbands. The carpet & underlay were cut out due to the pee stain & are in evidence. The nylon cord was bought as it had to be a bit slippery for the purpose. The knots were intricate & specific then a certain number of ties on the wood & then the 3 loops. When that was done the rest of the cord was JB's exact height. The tip of the paintbrush was cut off & never found. That was not a paintbrush of Patsy’s. JB was given pineapple fruitcake earlier & at 5.30 a.m. She did not eat any of that pineapple that was in the bowl, that was part of the staging, one of many. ‘The stomach contains a small amount (8-10cc) of viscous to green to tan coloured thick material of no particulate matter identified’. ‘The Proximal Portion (Top) of the Small Intestine contains fragmented pieces of yellow to light green-tan apparent vegetable or fruit material which may represent fragments of pineapple’. Arndt was there & told the ME chunks of pineapple were in a bowl. It takes 2 hours for stomach contents to go to the top of the intestine. In Patsy’s recorded statement June ’98, Thomas Haney told her the pineapple in the bowl was Different to the bits in the top pf the small Intestine. When Patsy called 911, JB was strangled to death in a rage on top of the dryer in the basement laundry. Cops coming meant no cash. There was a phone in that laundry. The one piece of tape was put over her mouth to stop fluids getting on their clothes & she was carried to the cellar. Then 3 blows to the head, 3 weapons & each is in evidence. The 1st was a brick on the top of the head & that caused the huge fracture. The 2nd was a utility knife & small stabs to the skull in a shape. The tool used was broken off & not found. The 3rd was the end of the steel kid's ball bat & that caused the hole that the stabs started. They had planned if the cops were called. They didn't plan that Patsy would stay on the phone calling friends to come & help. That phone on the wall was in the alcove near to where they had to get out the basement door & then their exit door. Glenn Meyer was the author of the note & he organised it all for money with 3 from the house on the corner. One had a huge grudge against John in relation to a family business in Michigan. All was set up to incriminate all Ramseys if no money was paid. Their back-up was the taking of photos. Many items were brought into the house & staged. Many items were taken from drawers & cupboards & staged all over the house, basement & a few things outside. Meyer was secretly living in the Barnhill's basement across the road. He got to know a great deal about the Ramseys. JB's dog was mostly kept there & the kids & Patsy were over there often. Patsy gave the Barnhills many cards, letters & notes in her print writing over the years. It is easy to copy print writing & he only had to do Some letters like hers as it was Supposed to look like she was trying to disguise hers, which is impossible to do & the Real experts know that. From his vantage point Myer could see through both staircase windows & knew Patsy & John came down the back stairs each morning to make coffee. The note was spread out so all 3 pages would be seen, they wanted their money. The notepad was taken at the Xmas party on the 23rd. Meyer went over saying he was looking for the Barnhills worried about them ensuring he was let in. John took him to where they were sitting & he stayed. The Ramseys didn't even know who he was. JB was never to be taken from the house they had nowhere to operate. The SBTC & Victory is about a plane. Joe Barnhill was a radial gunner in WW2 & flew on the SB2C, Two - T, so SBTC. That was a famous bomber plane & lauded for bringing the war to victory. Meyer had a poster of that plane on a wall in his room, Victory was on the side of the plane. There is a photo of Barnhill holding a framed picture of that plane. From the advanced forensics, the private investigators who never gave up & as happens with lots of crimes, people talk eventually & is why so much is now known & also because the crime scene techs did an excellent job in taking all the photos & the videos & collecting DNA. The Ramseys never put one foot back in that house ever again from after JB was found & they left. The trauma was way too much, but if they Had been able to, this case would have been a Very different matter for all involved. The discoveries were everywhere if the family would have seen it all with very astute investigators. Thomas was only brought into the case 3 days after because the investigators present refused to target the Ramseys. He was an ex-narcotics officer who had Zero experience with Any murder before let alone a ransom, which was the first crime. He thought he would make a name for himself from this high profile crime. His partner was an auto-theft officer. The BPD spent their time covering up their total incompetence. They rarely had a murder & this was their first for '96. They refused help from the FBI & the CBI. They put about misinformation & leaked certain photos. That amount of $118,000 was near John's bonus for '95 & was paid to him in March '96. The amount was on his pay stubs each month of '96 that were in his office. The suitcase was already placed under the window & the window opened. Both done as subterfuge. Same with the fresh green leaves that were dumped at the grate & some 'caught' under it. Lou made a mistake about that window, that's all. It was never an entry or exit point. Early that morning, 2 officers did not go in the train room door & 2 failed to pull open that cellar door. There is soo much more to this case that the public don't know about. The type of air taser used has been identified. The burns on JBs back & face are from same taser. The 2nd point was under JB's ear. The burn on her face was bigger because the point was placed there more than once - control. Google the murder of Gerald Boggs 1993 Colorado. His autopsy photo shows the Exact same burns on his face, the 2nd point was on his earlobe. Those tasers were widely used by drug dealers in the 90s. The big underpants JB was found in were put on her in the early hours. Patsy, her sister, their mother & JB went to New York Xmas shopping. Patsy bought her niece a pack of 7 underpants from Bloomingdales that were called Bloomies. They were size 12-14 & had the weekdays on the waistbands. Patsy bought from there 2 special Barbie dolls for JB. One had her own pair of underpants also called Bloomies. JB begged her mother for the pack of 7 so she had some like her doll. Patsy gave in & they were put away for JB til she would fit into them, about 8 years away. They were put in the back of a drawer in JB's bathroom. When they got home JB went to see her dog at the Barnhills & told them about her special presents. Meyer was ever listening. JB was found in the ones that had Wednesday on the waistband. It was a Wednesday that year for Xmas Day. Access the photo of the paint tray on the carpet. Look to the left a bit at the tray & up a bit, you will see a drawing of a sinister smirking cat's face/head on the carpet, as on the note - fat cat. That was not a nightgown of JBs found in the cellar, it was a dress taken off her life-sized doll that was kept in the corner of her room, but found in the playroom standing at a window. That bowl (with fresh pineapple) was used at the Xmas party on the 23rd & had the icing for the gingerbread houses that all the kids were given & they decorated. That was a heavy bowl & that was icing not milk. There were No fingerprints on that bowl. That glass had a dried tea bag & no tea was made in that. That silver ladle in the bowl came from a cupboard near the spiral staircase & was from a boxed set of 2 that the Ramseys received as a wedding present & had never been opened. That was chosen & placed because of the filigree that was the same as the filigree on many of JB's crowns. The Ramseys were finally exonerated in 2008 due to All the evidence that showed someone was in the house, over 200 pieces of & the DNA cleared them plus lots of others then & since. It is 2021, all is known & 4 involved have been identified, 2 are dead. Justice is coming.

The Boulder PD took the note to the Secret Service & they also hired 2 Renowned private experts, all 4 said No Ramsey wrote the note. The Ramsey’s attorneys also hired 2 of the best in the country & both said the same. **From the 1st week of 1997 til 2007, DNA testing was done at 3 separate labs. Within the 1st Two Weeks, the results of DNA testing were back - from under JB’s fingernails - Unknown male DNA, mixed with JonBenet’s DNA. Steve Thomas & his cronies kept this vital result from the DA for 7 months. The same Steve Thomas who later went on to Pretend that he was lead detective & he still does. Two spots of blood were in the underpants but were Never tested. Steve Thomas constantly talked about the book he was going to write. It wasn’t until the grand jury were to convene that more DNA tests were ordered. The blood was JBs & Same unknown male DNA - saliva mixed in a spot of her blood in the underpants. This DNA from an unknown male wasn’t developed enough for CODIS at that stage. Desperate Thomas worked Very hard to keep the Fact that there was Unknown male DNA evidence, from the public’s consumption. The BPD were ‘leaking’ false & misleading information to the media & the frenzy continued. Eventually the BPD were made to Publicly apologise for doing this to the family but This Fact has been forgotten/not known about by the general public. The BPD’s cops Should have found JB early that morning, though a Search for her was never carried out as it was a Ransom note. Three officers were tasked with checking entry & exit points, yet failed to pull open the cellar door & go in there & they Failed to go through the train room door also, thinking it was a cupboard door, they by-passed it. The broken window was Not where the perps got in the house, but That is Not the point. Only America & one other country still has a stupid grand jury system. It is unfair, unjust & doesn't work. The jurors only hear from the prosecution, who get to pick & choose what evidence is presented & which witnesses appear. There is no judge, no defence lawyers & unless subpoenaed by the prosecution - No experts to rebut Whatever is presented. As a consequence, the jury vote on the side of the prosecution 98.6% of the time. And the BPD withheld a great deal of vital evidence. The vote was never for murder. John & Patsy never received subpoenas to appear & so they were prevented from testifying. They wrote to Governor Owens about this & he didn’t even reply. Unlike the jury, the general public & the media, the DA Saw all the evidence known about at that time as did Lou Smit, one of the best investigators in the country. Less than half the States, still have this abysmal grand jury system. The DNA alone Proved just how Wrong the jury Were. The investigators Present refused to target the Ramseys but Unfortunately Steve Thomas was brought into the case 3 days later & his goal was to make a name for himself. 18 months later he illegally took evidence material from the BPD, snuck off on a ruse & then resigned on national TV, an act that was unheard of in law enforcement history. Of course, that was his marketing Ploy for his book of BS, blaming Patsy because of a notepad & he commenced book tours. He was promptly sued for that book of lies, but soo many have forgotten about or don’t know about That, also. He garnered money from the public for his defence but come time for court, he refused to get on the stand to back his Story. The case was settled out of court & he lost every cent of the hundreds of thousands of dollars he made from that book. The investigation Continued with a bevy of actual Seasoned private investigators who had full integrity & worked tirelessly Unpaid to catch the highly sadistic killers of this child & at the same time, they hoped to save another. What guilty person, let alone Two, would subject themselves to soo many interviews with soo many reporters on national TV & for Years? NONE. The Ramseys continued that til Patsy died in 2006 & John continued the same & does to this day. Very few know about a libel case in 2003 - Wolfe vs Ramsey, where Federal Court Judge Carne got to go over the evidence known about at that stage. Carne declared the Ramseys factually innocent due to the 'Abundance of evidence that pointed to an intruder'. All can read that 93 page document online. She also had quite a bit to say about Steve Thomas in relation to his role as a police officer & about some of the BS in his book. She was particularly incensed about him stating a time of death for JB when he was not a doctor nor a pathologist. He did That to suit his own agenda & for that book, being for, his own financial gain. Carne was also quite scathing in relation to Cina Wong who tried to present evidence about that note when Wong had no qualifications to call herself a writing analyst let alone an expert & she never had the original copy of the note. Pages showing fake writing As If Patsy’s writing ‘samples’ & As If from police files, continue to appear on vids about this case. The pages are all Fake. Wong put out a video of course, showing a whiteboard with writing ‘samples’ As If Patsy’s, it’s all Fake. The public have Never seen Patsy’s writing. The Ramseys & Loads of others, including known pedos, were Cleared by the DNA a Long time ago. The DNA from unknown male was developed & has been in CODIS since 2003. The FBI’s national database only accepts Qualified DNA. Further testing in 2007 - same unknown male DNA at 2 places on the waistband of the long-johns, on the inside & the outside there. James Kolar was in the office of the DA, Mary Lacy, for a very short time & was Fired. He also ran off to write His book of BS & blamed Burke because he needed new fodder. His ‘Story’ was so ludicrous, no publisher would touch it. He had to pay to self-publish & to very poor sales. He was & still is, just Another con artist & Proven Liar. Then CBS heard the sound of Kerching & that Bogus ‘show’ was aired in 2016, predominately blaming Burke & that’s why Kolar was on there like a Snake in the grass. N.B. Who would Write a ransom note on their Own notepad & use their Own marker & then put both of those items near the phone For The Cops? There is something seriously Wrong with all those who believe Patsy did That! Mark Beckner eventually found some integrity & publicly stated “when the owner of the DNA is found, there’s your killer”. The public need to understand that this case hasn’t been to Trial yet & so - You Know Nothing True About This Crime, The Case Or About What Was Actually Perpetrated Upon This Poor Child. BTW - Burke, Was Never Even A Suspect. *You all need to get this Very Clear - You Do Not Know Better than some of the Best investigators in the country or the Expert crime scene techs or the Top forensic scientists or the FBI or the Secret Service or the DAs or the Federal Court Judge or the Boulder PD, who, for Many Years have Also stated that the Ramseys - Are Innocent. **The Boulder PD have issued a statement via the media - 1st May, 2022.

I watched the Dr. Phil interview with Burke Ramsey again. Another interesting fact that popped up. Patsy insisted that she knows nothing about the pineapple found in JonBenet stomach during autopsy. She asked the interviewer if he is suggesting that she put the bowl of pineapple bowl there, which she insist she did not. But, investigator said that Patsy's finger print was found on the bowl. Furthermore, when Burke was asked, he said he knew nothing about pineapple or anything as he was sleeping after returning from Christmas party. But, investigator found his fingerprint on a glass of tea that was located next to the pineapple bowl. Which places Patsy and Burke around JonBenet at one time togehter. Interesting.

The biggest mistake in this case and one which everyone should learn from is that as soon as Jon Benet's body was found in that house the parents should have been arrested, separated and brought in for questioning immediately. I personally think this case would have been solved if they done that as neither of their stories would have added up, by leaving it nearly 6 months before finally questioning the Ramseys it gave them both loads of time to go over their stories to get them matching identically. If they brought them in straight away and separated them and asked them tons of questions like... Did the children eat anything before bedtime? What time did they go to bed? Who put them to bed? What time did you both get up? Where were they both when you found the note? Which room was you both in when you showed each other the note first? Did you call John to come and see the note or did you take the note to John? Who mentioned first about calling the police? Where was Burke when all this was going on? Who told Burke that she was missing John or Patsy, what room was you when you told him & what time too? What was the first thing out of Burke's mouth when you told him Jon Benet was missing? Just asking these example of questions and I bet their stories would have completely fallen apart as they simply didn't happen that morning, they would have been caught out red handed lying about the whole thing.

The Boulder PD took the note to the Secret Service & they also hired 2 Renowned private experts, all 4 said No Ramsey wrote the note. The Ramsey’s attorneys also hired 2 of the best in the country & both said the same. **From the 1st week of 1997 til 2007, DNA testing was done at 3 separate labs. Within the 1st Two Weeks, the results of DNA testing were back - from under JB’s fingernails - Unknown male DNA, mixed with JonBenet’s DNA. Steve Thomas & his cronies kept this vital result from the DA for 7 months. The same Steve Thomas who later went on to Pretend that he was lead detective & he still does. Two spots of blood were in the underpants but were Never tested. Steve Thomas constantly talked about the book he was going to write. It wasn’t until the grand jury were to convene that more DNA tests were ordered. The blood was JBs & Same unknown male DNA - saliva mixed in a spot of her blood in the underpants. This DNA from an unknown male wasn’t developed enough for CODIS at that stage. Desperate Thomas worked Very hard to keep the Fact that there was Unknown male DNA evidence, from the public’s consumption. The BPD were ‘leaking’ false & misleading information to the media & the frenzy continued. Eventually the BPD were made to Publicly apologise for doing this to the family but This Fact has been forgotten/not known about by the general public. The BPD’s cops Should have found JB early that morning, though a Search for her was never carried out as it was a Ransom note. Three officers were tasked with checking entry & exit points, yet failed to pull open the cellar door & go in there & they Failed to go through the train room door also, thinking it was a cupboard door, they by-passed it. The broken window was Not where the perps got in the house, but That is Not the point. Only America & one other country still has a stupid grand jury system. It is unfair, unjust & doesn't work. The jurors only hear from the prosecution, who get to pick & choose what evidence is presented & which witnesses appear. There is no judge, no defence lawyers & unless subpoenaed by the prosecution - No experts to rebut Whatever is presented. As a consequence, the jury vote on the side of the prosecution 98.6% of the time. And the BPD withheld a great deal of vital evidence. The vote was never for murder. John & Patsy never received subpoenas to appear & so they were prevented from testifying. They wrote to Governor Owens about this & he didn’t even reply. Unlike the jury, the general public & the media, the DA Saw all the evidence known about at that time as did Lou Smit, one of the best investigators in the country. Less than half the States, still have this abysmal grand jury system. The DNA alone Proved just how Wrong the jury Were. The investigators Present refused to target the Ramseys but Unfortunately Steve Thomas was brought into the case 3 days later & his goal was to make a name for himself. 18 months later he illegally took evidence material from the BPD, snuck off on a ruse & then resigned on national TV, an act that was unheard of in law enforcement history. Of course, that was his marketing Ploy for his book of BS, blaming Patsy because of a notepad & he commenced book tours. He was promptly sued for that book of lies, but soo many have forgotten about or don’t know about That, also. He garnered money from the public for his defence but come time for court, he refused to get on the stand to back his Story. The case was settled out of court & he lost every cent of the hundreds of thousands of dollars he made from that book. The investigation Continued with a bevy of actual Seasoned private investigators who had full integrity & worked tirelessly Unpaid to catch the highly sadistic killers of this child & at the same time, they hoped to save another. What guilty person, let alone Two, would subject themselves to soo many interviews with soo many reporters on national TV & for Years? NONE. The Ramseys continued that til Patsy died in 2006 & John continued the same & does to this day. Very few know about a libel case in 2003 - Wolfe vs Ramsey, where Federal Court Judge Carne got to go over the evidence known about at that stage. Carne declared the Ramseys factually innocent due to the 'Abundance of evidence that pointed to an intruder'. All can read that 93 page document online. She also had quite a bit to say about Steve Thomas in relation to his role as a police officer & about some of the BS in his book. She was particularly incensed about him stating a time of death for JB when he was not a doctor nor a pathologist. He did That to suit his own agenda & for that book, being for, his own financial gain. Carne was also quite scathing in relation to Cina Wong who tried to present evidence about that note when Wong had no qualifications to call herself a writing analyst let alone an expert & she never had the original copy of the note. Pages showing fake writing As If Patsy’s writing ‘samples’ & As If from police files, continue to appear on vids about this case. The pages are all Fake. Wong put out a video of course, showing a whiteboard with writing ‘samples’ As If Patsy’s, it’s all Fake. The public have Never seen Patsy’s writing. The Ramseys & Loads of others, including known pedos, were Cleared by the DNA a Long time ago. The DNA from unknown male was developed & has been in CODIS since 2003. The FBI’s national database only accepts Qualified DNA. Further testing in 2007 - Same unknown male DNA at 2 places on the waistband of the long-johns, on the inside & the outside there. The Ramseys were finally Exonerated publicly in 2008 due to All the evidence that Showed someone Was in the house, over 200 pieces of, Plus the DNA from the unknown male, that had also cleared John Mark Karr who said he did it. Next testing in 2016 with Advanced forensics - 2 male DNA on the long-johns, one is hispanic. The other is a white guy, Seen crossing the Ramsey’s backyard after they left for the White’s Xmas dinner. This was reported & newsworthy at the time. All the false & misleading information given to the media by the BPD did push this vital piece of Evidence under the rug. Then all the books of BS with all the versions of Whatever, took the case into a whole new level & the BS continues. James Kolar was in the office of the DA, Mary Lacy, for a very short time & was Fired. He also ran off to write His book of BS & blamed Burke because he needed new fodder. His ‘Story’ was so ludicrous, no publisher would touch it. He had to pay to self-publish & to very poor sales. He was & still is, just Another con artist & Proven Liar. Then CBS heard the sound of Kerching & that Bogus ‘show’ was aired in 2016, predominately blaming Burke & that’s why Kolar was on there like a Snake in the grass. N.B. Who would Write a ransom note on their Own notepad & use their Own marker & then put both of those items near the phone For The Cops? There is something seriously Wrong with all those who believe Patsy did That! Mark Beckner eventually found some integrity & publicly stated “when the owner of the DNA is found, there’s your killer”. The public need to understand that this case hasn’t been to Trial yet & so - You Know Nothing True About This Crime, The Case Or About What Was Actually Perpetrated Upon This Poor Child. BTW - Burke, Was Never Even A Suspect. On the issue of child pageants…In 1981, when my eldest daughter was four, we entered her into a local pageant. Unbelievably she won. She was the antithesis of the other contenders. Tan skin, brown eyes and hair. We entered another contest and she didn’t win and she cried. That was it for me. Anything that made her feel bad for not winning was not a feeling I wanted her to experience, especially for something so superficial. Regarding Burke’s behavior…I think it’s possible that he’s just very socially awkward and maybe on the spectrum. (Also, Bailey Sarian will sometimes giggle and say, I’m sorry, it’s not funny but I feel uncomfortable.) I think it’s possible that when the Ramsey’s had their open house at Christmas time someone came in and hid in the house. When the parents found her they believed it could have only been Burke, which led to all the crazy attempts at covering up and the fake kidnapping letter. So they found out Patsy was wearing the same clothes as she wore at the Christmas party the night before. Implying that she never went to bed that night. When questioned about it, she said that her clothes were still sitting out from the night before, and that it was not unusual for her to wear the same clothing two days in a row. She stated they were planning to go out of town that day. I found it weird that she would wear the same thing, especially party clothes from the night before, and not necessarily "travel clothes."

Unless I'm missing something (I'm not much of a party person), the only scenarios where you're wearing the same clothes you were wearing at a party the night before (and you slept) are: - you stayed the night somewhere and didn't have a change of clothes - you were so tired after the party you fell asleep without changing out of your clothes, and didn't change them when you woke up - you changed when you got home and in the morning, put on the clothes from before (usually not the case for super fancy clothing, just more fancy than what you normally where but still comfortable) and aren't bothering doing anything that day The last two are usually if you're hungover or still tired

Known Facts - Alarm set 5.30 a.m. The Ramseys were to get on a plane for Charlevoix. Patsy found the note, raced upstairs, found JB gone & screamed for John. He just said “call the police”. It was pitch dark, no-one around & they were terrified. Who would know how long til cops arrived? After calling 911 she called the Whites & Fernies for Help. 2 got in the kitchen door when the Ramseys went to the Whites for dinner. They had broken in before & is why they knew where everything was & exactly what they were going to do. About 1.30 a.m. JB was choked with the white nylon cord & tasered on her back in her bed, wrapped in 2 white blankets & carried to the boiler room. When the cord was quickly released she screamed, a neighbour heard that because of the vent in the boiler room. Fibres from the cord were found on JBs sheet & are in evidence. They ran out a side door, down to the back & waited under a pine tree then went back in. They had run into the metal ladder & it hit the cement as they ran out. That was the 'crash' noise the neighbour's husband heard. Fresh pine needles came off one of their jackets & were found in the cellar & are in evidence. She was given a lot of water in the early hours & tasered & tortured near that boiler room. The big area of pee staining on both undergarments prove that. That was not a garrotte it was a complex bondage device & made by the 17 year old who was into causing fear & used electricity. Both these factors & position is why the big area of pee staining on the front of both undergarments & near to the waistbands. The carpet & underlay were cut out due to the pee stain & are in evidence. The nylon cord was bought as it had to be a bit slippery for the purpose. The knots were intricate & specific then a certain number of ties on the wood & then the 3 loops. When that was done the rest of the cord was JB's exact height. The tip of the paintbrush was cut off & never found. That was not a paintbrush of Patsy’s. JB was given pineapple fruitcake earlier & at 5.30 a.m. She did not eat any of that pineapple that was in the bowl, that was part of the staging, one of many. ‘The stomach contains a small amount (8-10cc) of viscous to green to tan coloured thick material of no particulate matter identified’. ‘The Proximal Portion (Top) of the Small Intestine contains fragmented pieces of yellow to light green-tan apparent vegetable or fruit material which may represent fragments of pineapple’. Arndt was there & told the ME chunks of pineapple were in a bowl. It takes 2 hours for stomach contents to go to the top of the intestine. In Patsy’s recorded statement June ’98, Thomas Haney told her the pineapple in the bowl was Different to the bits in the top pf the small Intestine. When Patsy called 911, JB was strangled to death in a rage on top of the dryer in the basement laundry. Cops coming meant no cash. There was a phone in that laundry. The one piece of tape was put over her mouth to stop fluids getting on their clothes & she was carried to the cellar. Then 3 blows to the head, 3 weapons & each is in evidence. The 1st was a brick on the top of the head & that caused the huge fracture. The 2nd was a utility knife & small stabs to the skull in a shape. The tool used was broken off & not found. The 3rd was the end of the steel kid's ball bat & that caused the hole that the stabs started. They had planned if the cops were called. They didn't plan that Patsy would stay on the phone calling friends to come & help. That phone on the wall was in the alcove near to where they had to get out the basement door & then their exit door. Glenn Meyer was the author of the note & he organised it all for money with 3 from the house on the corner. One had a huge grudge against John in relation to a family business in Michigan. All was set up to incriminate all Ramseys if no money was paid. Their back-up was the taking of photos. Many items were brought into the house & staged. Many items were taken from drawers & cupboards & staged all over the house, basement & a few things outside. Meyer was secretly living in the Barnhill's basement across the road. He got to know a great deal about the Ramseys. JB's dog was mostly kept there & the kids & Patsy were over there often. Patsy gave the Barnhills many cards, letters & notes in her print writing over the years. It is easy to copy print writing & he only had to do Some letters like hers as it was Supposed to look like she was trying to disguise hers, which is impossible to do & the Real experts know that. From his vantage point Myer could see through both staircase windows & knew Patsy & John came down the back stairs each morning to make coffee. The note was spread out so all 3 pages would be seen, they wanted their money. The notepad was taken at the Xmas party on the 23rd. Meyer went over saying he was looking for the Barnhills worried about them ensuring he was let in. John took him to where they were sitting & he stayed. The Ramseys didn't even know who he was. JB was never to be taken from the house they had nowhere to operate. The SBTC & Victory is about a plane. Joe Barnhill was a radial gunner in WW2 & flew on the SB2C, Two - T, so SBTC. That was a famous bomber plane & lauded for bringing the war to victory. Meyer had a poster of that plane on a wall in his room, Victory was on the side of the plane. There is a photo of Barnhill holding a framed picture of that plane. From the advanced forensics, the private investigators who never gave up & as happens with lots of crimes, people talk eventually & is why so much is now known & also because the crime scene techs did an excellent job in taking all the photos & the videos & collecting DNA. The Ramseys never put one foot back in that house ever again from after JB was found & they left. The trauma was way too much, but if they Had been able to, this case would have been a Very different matter for all involved. The discoveries were everywhere if the family would have seen it all with very astute investigators. Thomas was only brought into the case 3 days after because the investigators present refused to target the Ramseys. He was an ex-narcotics officer who had Zero experience with Any murder before let alone a ransom, which was the first crime. He thought he would make a name for himself from this high profile crime. His partner was an auto-theft officer. The BPD spent their time covering up their total incompetence. They rarely had a murder & this was their first for '96. They refused help from the FBI & the CBI. They put about misinformation & leaked certain photos. That amount of $118,000 was near John's bonus for '95 & was paid to him in March '96. The amount was on his pay stubs each month of '96 that were in his office. The suitcase was already placed under the window & the window opened. Both done as subterfuge. Same with the fresh green leaves that were dumped at the grate & some 'caught' under it. Lou made a mistake about that window, that's all. It was never an entry or exit point. Early that morning, 2 officers did not go in the train room door & 2 failed to pull open that cellar door. There is soo much more to this case that the public don't know about. The type of air taser used has been identified. The burns on JBs back & face are from same taser. The 2nd point was under JB's ear. The burn on her face was bigger because the point was placed there more than once - control. Google the murder of Gerald Boggs 1993 Colorado. His autopsy photo shows the Exact same burns on his face, the 2nd point was on his earlobe. Those tasers were widely used by drug dealers in the 90s. The big underpants JB was found in were put on her in the early hours. Patsy, her sister, their mother & JB went to New York Xmas shopping. Patsy bought her niece a pack of 7 underpants from Bloomingdales that were called Bloomies. They were size 12-14 & had the weekdays on the waistbands. Patsy bought from there 2 special Barbie dolls for JB. One had her own pair of underpants also called Bloomies. JB begged her mother for the pack of 7 so she had some like her doll. Patsy gave in & they were put away for JB til she would fit into them, about 8 years away. They were put in the back of a drawer in JB's bathroom. When they got home JB went to see her dog at the Barnhills & told them about her special presents. Meyer was ever listening. JB was found in the ones that had Wednesday on the waistband. It was a Wednesday that year for Xmas Day. Access the photo of the paint tray on the carpet. Look to the left a bit at the tray & up a bit, you will see a drawing of a sinister smirking cat's face/head on the carpet, as on the note - fat cat. That was not a nightgown of JBs found in the cellar, it was a dress taken off her life-sized doll that was kept in the corner of her room, but found in the playroom standing at a window. That bowl (with fresh pineapple) was used at the Xmas party on the 23rd & had the icing for the gingerbread houses that all the kids were given & they decorated. That was a heavy bowl & that was icing not milk. There were No fingerprints on that bowl. That glass had a dried tea bag & no tea was made in that. That silver ladle in the bowl came from a cupboard near the spiral staircase & was from a boxed set of 2 that the Ramseys received as a wedding present & had never been opened. That was chosen & placed because of the filigree that was the same as the filigree on many of JB's crowns. The Ramseys were finally exonerated in 2008 due to All the evidence that showed someone was in the house, over 200 pieces of & the DNA cleared them plus lots of others then & since. It is 2021, all is known & 4 involved have been identified, 2 are dead. Justice is coming.

Have you seen the drawing of the cat's face on the carpet? It's not a fake photo, it can be seen in the cop's walk-thru video. If you access that, look for the black & white photo of Patsy wearing her crown when she won Miss West Virginia. They stuck that on the wall over the phone in the basement laundry. As I said, the broken window was not an entry point but the general public don't know that 3 cops failed to see the windows there at all that morning & didn't know about them til they went back that evening. That's why the 'famous photo' of the open window & the suitcase was taken at night. There's a whole other story about all of that too. Only half a novel, ha.

Steve Thomas & his cronies kept this vital result from the DA for 7 months. The same Steve Thomas who later went on to Pretend that he was lead detective & he still does. Two spots of blood were in the underpants but were Never tested. Steve Thomas constantly talked about the book he was going to write. It wasn’t until the grand jury were to convene that more DNA tests were ordered. The blood was JBs & Same unknown male DNA - saliva mixed in a spot of her blood in the underpants. This DNA from an unknown male wasn’t developed enough for CODIS at that stage. Desperate Thomas worked Very hard to keep the Fact that there was Unknown male DNA evidence, from the public’s consumption. The BPD were ‘leaking’ false & misleading information to the media & the frenzy continued. Eventually the BPD were made to Publicly apologise for doing this to the family but This Fact has been forgotten/not known about by the general public. The BPD’s cops Should have found JB early that morning, though a Search for her was never carried out as it was a Ransom note. Three officers were tasked with checking entry & exit points, yet failed to pull open the cellar door & go in there & they Failed to go through the train room door also, thinking it was a cupboard door, they by-passed it. The broken window was Not where the perps got in the house, but That is Not the point. The investigators Present refused to target the Ramseys but Unfortunately Steve Thomas was brought into the case 3 days later & his goal was to make a name for himself. 18 months later he illegally took evidence material from the BPD, snuck off on a ruse & then resigned on national TV, an act that was unheard of in law enforcement history. Of course, that was his marketing Ploy for his book of BS, blaming Patsy because of a notepad & he commenced book tours. He was promptly sued for that book of lies, but soo many have forgotten about or don’t know about That, also. He garnered money from the public for his defence but come time for court, he refused to get on the stand to back his Story. The case was settled out of court & he lost every cent of the hundreds of thousands of dollars he made from that book. The investigation Continued with a bevy of actual Seasoned private investigators who had full integrity & worked tirelessly Unpaid to catch the highly sadistic killers of this child & at the same time, they hoped to save another. What guilty person, let alone Two, would subject themselves to soo many interviews with soo many reporters on national TV & for Years? NONE. The Ramseys continued that til Patsy died in 2006 & John continued the same & does to this day. Very few know about a libel case in 2003 - Wolfe vs Ramsey, where Federal Court Judge Carne got to go over the evidence known about at that stage. The Ramseys & Loads of others, including known pedos, were Cleared by the DNA a Long time ago. The DNA from unknown male was developed & has been in CODIS since 2003. The FBI’s national database only accepts Qualified DNA. Further testing in 2007 - same unknown male DNA at 2 places on the waistband of the long-johns, on the inside & the outside there. The Ramseys were finally Exonerated publicly in 2008 due to All the evidence that Showed someone Was in the house, over 200 pieces of, Plus the DNA from the unknown male, that had also cleared John Mark Karr who said he did it. I’ve always found it very strange they left the house so quickly. It’s not the same, but when my first child was still born years ago, I wouldn’t even let them take him from me. The funeral home came to pick him up the day after and I did not release him until then. I still, nearly nine years and two children later, sleep with his stuffed monkey. Yes, Jonbenet died in that house but it was also all they had left of her. Her toys, her room, the scent of her shampoo on the pillow cases. There is no way anyone will ever convince me, as a mother, that Pasty would have left that house willingly, to fly away from everything of her child she’d ever have, to leave her baby yet again (as she wasn’t able to protect her in theory) , if she was innocent in all this. I can’t buy it.

I'm so very sorry for your loss, but I definitely agree with you. My aunt's first baby girl was stillborn. To this day, she keeps the picture of her from that day. In the photo, her poor baby is dead in her arms with the umbilical cord wrapped around her neck. While incredibly gruesome and heartbreaking, this is all she has left of her, and when she looks at that picture, she smiles and tears up in memory of her baby. My aunt's second child is 27 years old. So, nearly 30 years later she's held onto this photo. So yep I wholeheartedly agree with you that Patsy could not have been innocent.

Burke was actually interviewed that very afternoon of the 26th when he was still at the Whites, by detective Patterson, who was on the scene at the Ramsey's house that morning. Neither parent was present for that interview that was recorded, nor did they know that was happening. Burke was taken to the where the parents were at their friend's house & John told him then that JB was deceased. After that interview with Dr Phil & then the abysmal fall-out after that Bogus CBS show was aired in 2016, Patterson publicly stated on national TV that Burke didn't know Anything & he was very worried that his little sister was still missing. Burke was interviewed 10 days after the murder of his 6 year old sister, by a child service's officer, that took Hours. No lawyer was present with him & the parent's Allowed that interview to take place. The public have seen a few snippets of that interview, from shows on utube, the 'bits' that suit the agenda of the channels. Same in relation to the interview with a detective when Burke was 11. That went on over 2 days, no lawyer was present with Burke & the parents Allowed that interview to take place as well. N.B. - that was a black & white photo at the bottom of the page, Nobody could tell what the hell that was. Burke tried very hard to work out what he was supposed to see, eventually he said about a glass. That idiot detective kept saying pineapple, pineapple, pineapple. LOL. Burke thought that what was in the bowl may have been cereal because it looked like muck, in that photo. All items on that table were Staged by the perps, as were Lots of items all over the house. There were 18 Chunks of pineapple in that bowl. There were more than one 18s within this crime. Meyer's lucky number was 18. That bowl had the leftover icing from the kids & friends Xmas party on the 23rd, the bowl was with other bowls & containers on the table that had the lollies for the decorating of the gingerbread houses. In photos from that party, the bowl can be seen. Patsy bought a large bag of icing. That big heavy bowl was kept in a top cupboard in the kitchen. From whatever tabloid, book or utube show, people now say that pineapple & milk was Burke & JB's favourite. LOL. Science Proved that JB did Not eat Any of that pineapple. Burke had just turned 7 when he Accidentally hit JB with a golf club from a Backswing, it clocked her on the top of the cheekbone, he cried about it for a week. Nothing Else. The faeces Stories are Not true. He was Asked what he thought happened to his little sister. He was friends with the White’s kids & the Stine’s kids who obviously are Not told the Details about all that happened. As Kids, just like adults, they Speculate & they Overhear adults talking. RealMermaid it was Burke, he had previously hit her over the head with a golf club and was extremely jealous of her. Watch his interviews as a kid with the police and it’s as clear as day that he killed her. She reached for his pineapple and he lost it, Patsy came down and saw what happened, wrote the rambling ransom note, and the rest is history.

I’ve heard conflicting reports on whether the skull fracture came first or the strangulation. The fingernail marks on her neck indicate she was fighting the strangulation and would have had to be conscious to do so. Since the brain bleeding also wasn’t as severe as it could be for such an injury, this further suggests that the skull fracture happened after her heart was no longer pumping blood.
