As a teacher I really enjoyed watching and listening to you give feedback. You were respectful of the efforts but very clear-eyed and precise about your criticism and used each piece to highlight one main issue. Each critique built on those that went before (eg. the grid work) so that I came away wth a swag of very useful insights. It is very generous of you to share your expertise in such compassionate yet direct lessons. Thank you.

Would love to see more art critiques. I’m not a great drawer at all, but listening to your advice helped with just the scribbled sketches I attempt to do. So helpful and so nicely given to each persons work. If I could draw half as well as these artist who submitted wonderful drawings I would be thrilled to no end.

Jono has critiqued everyone's drawing very fairly and kindly, hasn't he. I think so many people become discouraged in their art because they receive harsh or unkind critique, maybe even as early as at junior school. There is always something kind to say about anyone's drawing, and follow it up with tips to improve. Thankyou Jono for sharing your awesome skills and for your kindness too. Hugs from London.

I do not draw, but your work, focus, talent, concentration, depth, and insight are lovely to behold. I am so surprised, and a little bit saddened, by the artists below who complained that you did not include their submissions. Clearly they are more interested in attention than they are in learning, as you taught me a great deal...and as I said, I do not draw. I have found, in my life, that people who have the commitment to achieve the depth that you so clearly possess are worth listening to, even if you do not share their passion. Your work is breathtaking...

Very helpful. I learned some stuff. Also, I don't know how to price artwork, but I think you should up yours. There's a 12-year-old boy that does his drawings with a blue ballpoint pen. It takes him 6 weeks and charges $600. I want to say he's in Nigeria. He drew a picture of President Macron of France, and because of that President Macron help build the art school. And it's not your 8x11 inch drawings. Holy moly guys, another young artist that's taking the spotlight.
