I'm pretty sure most people think I'm just a weirdo when I talk about this, but I'm personally convinced that Peterson actually _is_ essentially a Bond villain, unironically. The way he laser-targets disenfranchised young men (the far right's favorite demographic) with fascistic rhetoric really rings alarm bells in my head. I think all of the media circus surrounding his induced coma in Russia and his alleged benzo addiction, along with all of the public meltdowns and the "I'm constantly on the verge of tears" quality in his voice recently are all essentially staged or at least grossly exaggerated- as a strategy to humanize himself with his fans, and give them and himself ammunition to paint his detractors as spiteful and mean for criticizing his suitability as a role model. I think he's deliberately laying a foundation of right wing politics in young minds so that they'll be easier to recruit as soldiers for the far Right in the near future. Who is he doing this for? I don't know, perhaps the fossil fuel billionaires he just signed a huge deal with at the Daily Wire. To me, it looks like he's roping them in with his self-help, motivational stuff, and then when they start looking into his other work (lectures, debates, youtube videos), they get exposed to fascistic rhetoric. Peterson has gone full mask off lately, but back in 2016-2019, he was couching fascism in his rhetoric much more subtly than he is now. He'd do it in such a way that the listener would naturally develop far right political opinions based on taking the arguments he presented to their logical conclusions (without bothering to fact check anything, of course). I won't go into all of my support for this argument, I'll just copy/paste an Instagram post from Peterson that I think illustrates my point pretty perfectly: "Everyone says, “Well, you should be harmless, virtuous, you shouldn’t do anyone any harm, you should sheath your competitive instinct. You shouldn’t try to win. You don’t want to be too aggressive. You don’t want to be too assertive.” No. Wrong. You should be a monster, an absolute monster, and then you should learn how to control it. “It’s better to be a warrior in a garden than a gardener in a war.”" - Jordan Peterson

So, JP thinks that the 'stock' boys after some years will make their way up and become CEOs? And that the current CEOs worked their way up and earned their position? Like.. in a fair world.. Well.. that is not exactly the way it works in real life JP. Because of course, JP knows a lot about what it is to be a corporate and productive leader.
