First of all.. A big fan from India. I loved your app... But there is something wrong with the videos i am not able to see you performing the exercises in the body weight section... damn, three years later this is still one of my go-to workouts when i need to condition myself and get back into my routine after an extended period of poor diet and training (typically after holidays)

I was doing another workout of this channel for 1 and half month which the video was 30minutes i think its title was tempo fat burning. And soon i got the result i couldn't even do 1 pushup after 1and a half month i can do almost 20 pushups and after 1 and half month i stopped doing it. It has been 7 months. And i restarted another workout of this man and this is day 4 of this workout. On 1st day i didn't complete it on 2nd day done 2 rounds straight on 3rd day i done the 3 rounds strainght on fay 4 i done 3 rounds straight but i can't do 4 round straight and won't do it

I've been doing "level 6" almost daily since it got out, but it's always good to try a new circuit once in a while! Really like the stretching part!

Bro dont do it daily as solving 1 sum 10 times makes it easy it becomes easy to do a workout and body is not fucked at all soo do attest 5 variety in 1 week😄👍

I am doing it for the second time! Totally out of shape after a knee injury and a COVID-19 period. My recovery might take a while. Still I didn't give up and tried to maintain a good form! I just finished the session and it was as usual of high quality. And it's a good thing to show the wrong way to do the exercise in class to make the exercises you propose totally effective and also to propose alternatives according to the level of each one. And especially the bonus round was superb! So yes, it 's the Best channel to make sport on KZbin ! Thanks for your work and also for your quality videos 👍🏽💪

just started today, couldn't even finish round two. my heart started beating so fast even started feeling dizzy. but i'll keep doing this for the whole month really wanna get fit and be in good shape.

T-Kay Dreamchaser hope you've made lots of progress! I too started and was nearly dead by the end but when I needed to, I took a few extra seconds' break in between exercises and now I can do the whole thing without the dizziness or near death experiences! You got this

After the second part of bonus round Jordan says "just go with your own pace." I am like right let me live to see another day. That stretching was good btw.

Hi Jordan, I love your work and you have been my Guru ever since I started my fitness journey. I have got my desired results only from your workouts. Currentl, I am stuck with my love handles and its taking ages to burn the fat. Please prepare a routine for this area.
