I was doing another workout of this channel for 1 and half month which the video was 30minutes i think its title was tempo fat burning. And soon i got the result i couldn't even do 1 pushup after 1and a half month i can do almost 20 pushups and after 1 and half month i stopped doing it. It has been 7 months. And i restarted another workout of this man and this is day 4 of this workout. On 1st day i didn't complete it on 2nd day done 2 rounds straight on 3rd day i done the 3 rounds strainght on fay 4 i done 3 rounds straight but i can't do 4 round straight and won't do it

I just finished the session and it was as usual of high quality. And it's a good thing to show the wrong way to do the exercise in class to make the exercises you propose totally effective and also to propose alternatives according to the level of each one.
