Three criteria to get the best out of level 6: 1.) Adaptation: You must be able to complete all Level 5 workouts without feeling too much fatigue. That means that your body is already adapted to this kind of training. 2.) Stamina & Recovery: Complete all Level 5 workouts by taking no longer than 2-3 minutes rest in between each round. 3.) To experience Level 6 difficulty. You must achieve the rep goal in every exercise. IMO, if you only manage to achieve anything lower than the benchmark, this workout is considered a level 5 workout instead. Good luck. ;)

Tuck jumps are a key challenge of the workout. Before saying something stupid like "bring on the next" Keith should either try doing it right or doing a workout more suitable for his stamina like a level 3.

@Ressuu4 жыл бұрын
@@KC-zy5jy Props to Keith for even trying this, but my point is that him and people like him shouldn't mouth off to Jordan's hard work as the program being easy. "Ezz! Neext! When's level 10?!" after they cheat massively. Can't do tuck jumps? No worries. Do an equal number of burbees instead. Do this workout like that first, and then come back for your level 7.

We all want level 7 and after that 8, 9 and 10.In my opinion level 5 explosive is much harder than this.Because if you are ok with burpees and split squats you will survive this training.Recommend to everyone level 5 explosive that kills literally.

Thank you for following my routine. Imo, the Push up itself from Level 6 (yes the standard basic push up) is already harder than level 5's Push Up Toe Tap. Why? The Push Up + Toe Tap from level 5 each rep consumed more time to complete, especially in Time (30s) format its actually more forgiving. However, Standard Push Up you can max out more reps within 30s compare to level 5 one, it drains more energy if you crush more reps. In this level I've added Tuck Jump, rep'ing this exercise alone already kill most Level 5's move. Lastly, as written in the video that you must hit the given Rep Goal in this workout (with good form of course), any reps below the goal it is not up to Level 6 difficulty, even if you survive this workout. PS. About level 7, 8, 9, and 10. I don't think I'm up to this level to present to the world. Sorry to disappoint.

@@jordanyeohfitnessI just saw the last video that talks about the injury. I wouldn't have written about levels 7.8 ... if I had watched it earlier. The most important thing is that you get recovered (I know how many problems injuries cause in every aspect of life).I didn't write about level 5 where push up to toes are, but about level 5explosive.Anyway, there was no criticism of the way you determined the level of training, but my subjective attitude (maybe later than it should I have started to include exercises that are characterized by explosiveness, so such trainings are probably even harder for me).You have absolutely the best homeworkouts on the internet and good luck in your recovery. P.S.I am absolutely sure that when you are healthy you will continue even stronger and I know that you can do even harder trainings. I think it is a great idea to go from level 0.5 to 10. Greetings from Montenegro.

@@darkodamjanovic6771 I totally agree, for me personally, explosive has been the go to killer for me. This felt like more endurance hard, but explosive just gets me every time!
