Horse riding in Kyrgyzstan is an experience you absolutely have to try. There is nothing like riding a horse in the beautiful mountains of Kyrgyzstan. During 10 days and together with a group of 15 beautiful people we explored the Kyrgyz mountains on horseback and on foot, camped at an altitude of 3500m near the beautiful lake of Ala Kul and stayed in the yurts of nomads where we tasted local dishes and learned more about the Kyrgyz nomadic culture. It was an intense and fantastic experience! Not only because we were in such a wonderful setting, but especially because we were in the company of a super fun international group! We couldn't be happier to have this awesome group of people joining our very first group tour! We are so so grateful!
It was quite an experience for us to organize such a group trip. We usually travel by ourselves and if something unexpected happens - which is usually the case when you go on an adventurous trip - we're only responsible for ourselves. This time we were also responsible for the well-being of 15 other people. But... everything went smoothly and everyone returned home with a big smile and new friends.

It is becoming more and more popular. The good thing is that people visit Kyrgyzstan for the mountains and the hike and it will never become a big party destination like Thailand

Some of the places we visited on this trek we're only accessible either on foot or on horses so it's truly the best way to discover Kyrgyzstan.

The horse look so small compared to horses I have ridden in the USA. The baby horses are so cute and that sunset was so amazing.

I think they might be a bit smaller indeed but it really depends on the breed of horse. The sunsets in Kyrgyzstan are just absolutely breathtaking!!

These horses are the best for that climate, imagine if you are living 2000 up to 5000 meters from the sea level and living among mountains.

Thanks for your kind words Zaneta ❤ We're very happy we met each other and we have the chance to live this kind of lifestyle. People here have really cool tiny houses, they are called yurts and the best thing is that they can be assembled and disassembled super quickly and moved around. People here are nomads and have been using these houses for centuries.

Hahaha It really felt like my horse was so happy at that moment! We had a great time sleeping in the yurts. They are super cozy and even if the temperature cools down outside, they stay nice and warm. Oh, the sunset on the lake was a really special moment, we'll never forget our time there.

It's super comfy indeed 😌 We sleep like babies, it's just soo comfortable!! After a whole day of riding horses our thighs and legs are super sore! Hahahaha!! Thanks for the lovely compliment about the drone shots, we were really happy we had it with us! It's really the perfect country for aerial videography.
