My father, when he was a young man in the 1930's was a fruit farmer (mostly apples) and he was jealoua of the dairy farmers because they made a lot more money. I am sure he would think differently knowing what we now know.

At point 46:16 the point was made that there isn't enough "clean" water to make Oatmilk. However they also made the huge point a bit earlier that growing crops instead of dairy farming the land took a lot less water. So are they feeding mastu eater to cows or is there something I am missing. Either there is water for cows or for plants to make plant based milk.

I was working on the roof of a huge slaughterhouse in Sioux City for a couple of months, the thousands of bulls that are standing around all day watching their friends get murdered turn gay. Read what Allan Nation, Joel Salatin and others have done and are doing. The knowledge of grazing or natural pruning of grassland by herbivores is more productive than most think and in multiple facets of our environment. Its good to see both sides and should be easily known especially if we know our food, meet your farmers and put your eyes and ears to know how the operation is functioning. Go further in researching everyone as it should be normal to seek knowledge.
